Everything was really superb. We spent there one week. Breakfasts, staff, hot tube, jacuzzi, saunas, generally place we were (surroundings). You can see that personel is really doing everything to keep this place running and be really pleasant to guests. Room has everything you need. Parking is free on both sides of building (I saw some reviews complaining about extra parking's fee - those are not valid anymore). This place left good memories and really is worth of its price.

Maybe from wish list: warmed up swimming pool because polish weather is usually cold ;) Prices in restaurant could be a little lower

The hotel was very clean, room had everything you need and was relatively spacious, I always appreciate when I can login to my netflix account using hotel TV. Reception was kind, restaurant offers good food. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, I really enjoy when there is something special, variety of eggs, goat cheese, pickled fish. The sauna area was great, we had towels, sandals, etc. ready in the room. Overall amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Almost no one speaks English

Loved this hotel, my husband and I travelled from UK to Finland via Poland in an electric car and trust me when I say we stayed at a lot of hotels along the way including Radisson Blu and Tree Top by Hilton, all gorgeous of course, but the hotel Palac Jugowice was our favourite and the cheapest. It was extremely clean, shutters on the windows that is so much nicer and cleaner than curtains or nets, very comfy beds, very friendly staff, amazing location and a lovely breakfast, great value for money. The only thing that let it down it is not disabled friendly, not good for wheelchairs. My husband struggled up the steps to reception and the steps into the bar and dining area using his walking stick. However this hotel is a must stay, we only stopped over for one nignt on our way back to the UK but would love to stay a week in the summer because the location is amazing and there are lots of beautiful places to visit nearby.

We had the BIG unluck to be there during the week on a national holiday (1st of november). The hotel was really empty and seemed spooky. Also the saunas (all) are just working on weekends! The restaurant was closed :-( Keep in mind to check beforehand. Our receptionist the first day seemed a little bit lost because only the “direction” can decide some things… so it seemed a bit stiff. But he tried. The second reception was great!

Very nice and perfectly located to see local attractions. Visit Wałbrzych, Swidnica, take a wonderful hike to Wielka Sowa nearby. Exceptional cook, menu with local specialties. Tried Chłodnik, zupa szczawiowa, black pierogi. All delicious

It needs a bit of maintenance (some lights did not work), to enter the hotel there are steps, which could be challenging if you have big luggage

Pretty, quiet location in a small valley, close to the river. Spa was included in a price so as the breakfast. The garden is spa is very nice with different types of saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi, garden bar and a room for relaxation. There is also outdoor pool (not heated). The breakfast was excellent so as the dinner in the restaurant. There are some nice tourists atractions nearby. Also I really appreciate two types of the pillows in the bedroom. One was thinner and the other was thicker...you can chose what you prefer.

Not a problem of the hotel...more like of the guests. I would appreciate signs in the Spa area informing guests that after the sauna/steam bath is neccesary to take a shower before jumping in the swimming pool.

Amazing! Best place so far near Wroclaw for leisure weekends. Perfect quiet spa area where you can relax, read your favorite book, swim, and drink something. The ceremony in a sauna is excellent, a lot of places do not have this kind of entertainment. The breakfast is delicious! Try apple pie if available.

The menu in the restaurant can have more dishes or some special editions. I have not understood why parking near the hotel is paid, and near the restaurant is free (I preferred a free one=)). All other is great!

Staff is very nice, there is a small pool with saunas, for if you like sauna. Amazing restaurant. The breakfast has limited choice but the quality is above average. Rooms OK.

Wifi is a joke. Also be aware that Google maps gives the wrong address. Hotel is next to a road that is not that busy, but noisy.

The location, the quietness and peaceful area. I hope to come back here soon. Hardly recommend.

Everything was good. The location was very scenic and peaceful. The hotel lobby, swimming pool area, restaurant were all good. The breakfast was superb too and had a lot of variety.
