I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The main highlight for me was the fantastic swimming pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation and workouts. The meals offered were quite good, with a variety of options that satisfied my taste buds. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bed was not too bad, providing a decent level of comfort for my nights there. However, I did encounter an issue with the television; it was broken upon arrival, and while the staff promptly exchanged it for a new one, the replacement still didn’t work as expected. Despite these minor setbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and friendly service.

Some treatment of shower and basin drain to control unpleasant smells would be great

Walbrzych with snow was magnificent. We saw nice parks nearby, but city itself wasn't interesting. Trip to Wroclaw took 1,5 hours on a very good road. Breakfast was ok, there were eggs, bacon, vegetables, cheese, salmon and variety of pickles, some fruit and cakes, coffee was watered down, only 3 kinds of tea. We spent some time in the playroom while our room was cleaned, playing new desk games, it was quiet, nobody around. Swimming pool and sauna were incredible, clean, modern, we enjoyed pool with swimming lanes that had warm water, kid loved water slides. We walked there in our slippers and bathrobes, and just showed our room cards to the cashier. We used our own towels from home. Room was spacious enough for 3, beds were OK, shower cabin big, nice view from the window, curtains were good to protect from sunlight.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. Also, please put your TVs on the wall! It takes all the space on the desk, the kettle happens to be behind it, what a mess! Restaurant and playroom were feeling cold, strict, not cozy, so we didn't want to hang out there much, not in the evening with tea and Uno cards as we used to. Bar was so small and right in the lobby, not comfortable. Not possible to charge the phones on the bed stands.

The facilities are the best in this hotel. The swimming pool is perfect for training and the sauna and jacuzzi are good for relaxing. The breakfast are good.

The main disadvantage for business travelers is that the hotel does not accept American Express credit card. Probably, I won't be able to stay in the future because of this. Another minor comment is that the hotel does not have laundry service. Something important if you have to stay longer.

We liked everything. The ROOM was not that big and without A/C, however the mega huge windows where enough to supply us with fresh clean air. The room had everything you need even coffee and tea! Natalia, the RECEPTIONIST was very helpful and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The BREAKFAST was yummy, with tons of options for everyone. The SWIMMING POOL with all other water facilities were clean and modern.

-Be careful with electric charger- left car to charge overnight and they charged additional 130plz for night charging in addition to normal fee. Very disappointing -swimming pool was too full of people, everyone on everyone’s neck

Breakfast was very good. Rich selection and everything was fresh. Swimming pool was fantastic. We will be coming back.

Beds in our room were separate. We would like the queen size single bed.

The facilities, free and unlimited access to pools and saunas. Level of cleanness very good. Very friendly staff. Free parking and free water in rooms.

Breakfast was ok but it could be improved in quality and diversity. The meals in hotels restaurant were pricey but of low quality. Rooms have not good soundproofing.

Wszytko w porzadku polecam :) Very nice aquapark just inside the hotel also it is very clean and calm. Strongly recomended.

The main plus for me is the gym and swimming pool, I was very happy about this, I was very pleased with the hotel
