Good restaurant, however not in the same building - you need to cross street to get there

The lifeguard/bartender at the swimming pool must have gotten confused and believes she works in a correction facility and the guests are young, troubled teenagers that require reeducation and a lesson of discipline... Her behavior towards my children and myself was rude and simply unacceptable. The hotel is located in a really run down town with nothing to do or where to eat within a waking distance.

Perfect location, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Staff extremly friendly, speaks english well so it was easy to communicate. Rooms were cozy, clean with comfortable beds.

There is no A/C in rooms, but you can open windows for cool breeze Front entry door closes at 10pm, if you getting back to room later then 10pm you will have to knock hard for someone to let you in.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The pool and spa facilities were excellent. The location is very peaceful, and the restaurant across the street offers delicious menus at reasonable prices. It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy a few quiet days. Plus, the hotel is very close to Karpacz, and the surrounding roads are beautiful.

Nice hotel in a small village, comfy sleep, good spa for a nice price (colder pool, warm jacuzzi and great saunas, free towels and bathrobes). Delicious breakfast, wide choice. Coffee and tea in the room :)

Bit of smell in the room, prob from drain, refreshers would work.

The stay at the hotel was great, the staff is very helpful and a big advantage is the wellness right at the place of accommodation. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

A big disappointment was the unpleasant and unwilling staff at breakfast. For this reason, I recommend going somewhere else for breakfast.

We got a very spacious room with a balcony. The room was clean. The receptionist was extremely kind and friendly. Not too expensive fee for a dog - 8€.

Pillows are not comfortable and you can feel that filling went into peaces.

Nice hotel, big rooms.

Pool was closed but we did not know until we went to ask about it at reception. A short email to tell us would have been nice and we could have left swimwear at home.

Hotel is clean and comfy, not so modern but still very nice. People working there are always nice and willing to help. Breakfast is typical for this area. Meal is served in a restaurant near, but staff can bring it to your room. Will stay there again.
