We were very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation met our expectations perfectly — it was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the bottled water prepared in the room. Would definitely recommend.

The only downside was that the room didn’t have blackout curtains, which was uncomfortable during the summer when the early morning light woke us up too soon.

Guesthouse very nice, renovated with taste to a high standard. Very atmospheric. Good location, tasty food both at breakfast and in the restaurant.

There is a children's playroom, unfortunately, already quite depleted. A year ago there were more attractions. Currently, there are a lot of toys but most of them broken, destroyed. The room already needs to be refreshed, thoroughly cleaned and designed attractions for children of different ages. There is also a lack of family games in Polish or English

Chata Hradecanka is an amazing, cozy hotel where the design is meticulously thought out, with full attention to detail. It’s pretty and modern, yet retains the traditional mountain atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is decent (even for vegetarians) and is laid out nicely. We're definitely coming back!

Beautiful renovated premises. The room was spacious, furnished with solid wood, comfortable bed on which it was nice to rest. There was a pizzeria with excellent pizza (who would have thought it) and the breakfast was delicious. There was a children's play corner next at the restaurant. Short walk to hiking trails.

There was light outside our room window all night (we closed the curtains), which seems like a waste to me. Only the courtyard (passage) was lit, where there was nothing, no one was moving. Otherwise everything was ok.

Location is great especially if you want to climb to Snezka; the double bed was comfy, the sofa bed not so much; the restaurant is ok (could have more choices for vegetarians); the room was big and pleasant design, lots of wood; clean upon check-in (but no cleaning during our stay)

No cleaning during our stay (2 nights); Breakfast is basic, very poor if looking for healthy choices; pillows very old; at times you could feel strong food smell coming from the restaurant in the room; Floors could be cleaner on the common area and the stairs going to the rooms. We don't mind paying for quality, but being 3 times to Hradecanka, we can see the quality going down, so not a good value for money anymore

The location is great. Close to the walkingroutes of the Krkonoše National Park. Beds are comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

You may want to choose a room at the back, as the street can be noisy with people coming from and staying at the brewery opposite the hotel. Or you need to close your windows during night. They keep the noise out but also your well needed fresh air and ventilation.

Excellent restaurant in the house, food was yummy. Friendly staff. Kids playground (inside / outside).

Breakfast was very good. Beautiful and quality made interior, design. Friendly staff. Very good oven baked pizza, delicious soup (kulajda).

I missed a good traditional bread for breakfast.

Comfort, location, hot sauna, awesome food.
