If you expect luxury, dont come here. It is kind of Ibis Budget style, older furniture, but all is clean. All people were very nice. Very big advantages are the breakfast and use of swimming pool. Also the outside patio is great. Very nice is that you can park in the Hotel Horizont s parking space , for breakfast or for when you go to swimming pool.

Not related to the host, but need to say it. The city itself is not very foreigners friendly, it s total opposite of Prague. Many pubs are cash only and to take out cash from any ATM in the city, you must pay a tax of 6-7 Euro. For us there is no reason to come back in this city, but if we ever will, for sure we ll stay in same place.

great comfortable, clean, cozy apartment, yes it is a bit outdated but it is well maintained, the bathrooms have been updated, beds are super comfortable, kitchen was functional, and the views are nice, easy 10-15 walk to main hotel, elevator in apartment, great hotel, nice friendly staff, great to rent skiis in hotel, fantastic pool and hot tub, great sports options with table tennis, bowling, squash, badminton, sauna, fantastic ala carte restaurant, ski shuttle to hill super easy and fast, a 5 min walk to shuttle stop and a 5 min drive to hill, we also walked it one day, great trail next to apartment for dog walks, hotel reception has essentials if you forget anything like a toothbrush, femine pads, toothpaste, etc., nice gym, amazing service, we had emailed the hotel with questions before our arrival, all were answered right away, our toaster was not working, a replacement came right away, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we already booked it again for next year, you can easily walk to stores, restaurants, Wifi works very well, towels and lockers provided at spa area, great massage on site

parking for apartment and hotel are on hills, you may need chains, they do provide rocks to put under your tires but it can be diffcult to park, walls in apartment are a bit thin, you can hear your neighbors, you have to pay extra for pool table, table tennis, squash, bowling and badminton, even though the table tennis rooms were both empty we had to wait for 20 min for our reserved time, kitchen in apartment should have a coffee maker, a spatula and deeper bowls

The apartment is/was very clean with almost everything needed to stay for some time. Nice view of the beautiful valley and mountains, from the windows and the small balcony. I've actually booked as a single person and I got two rooms with two beds each so you can imagine, I had a lot of freedom of movement! It is also relative quite taking in consideration that other people are also staying there.

Lawnmowers and/or wood chopping machines in the region started working quite early in the morning you go on hearing those all over the valley. I understand that the establishment has nothing to do with it, just wanted to mention it.

We do not like staying at hotel, therefore we decided to stay in those apartments instead. They were spacious and cozy, there was everything we needed. I like the fact there were two separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the toilet / bathroom were quite newly renovated. We liked staying in there and were very satisfied. Plus the hotel staff was super nice to us. We did enjoy the ability to visit hotel swimming pool which we appreciated every day a lot.

Spacious apartmen with everything you may need. Waiter at the restaurant was really nice! Hope he wins! :) Enjoyed a SPA package after walk to Sniežka.

Check in is in their main hotel HORIZONT. Somehow did not find that info. Hotel says that has a possibility to charge an electric vehicle but actually if offers regular to use a regular AC socket for 350 czk. And it can be used only during the day. Actually it hardly possibly to charge a car :(. Would recommend to install a charger. Could recommend if asked.

The address shown on Google Maps is incorrect. It's operated by the hotel Horizont, buts it a couple streets up the road (and not near the bus station!) . Beware of that, especially with ski shoes! Also, there are no locks on bathrooms but this seems the be relatively normal in the country.

A courtain needed at the kitchen since in summer time sun focus on your face and can't barely have the breakfast.
