This hotel boasts numerous amenities, including a pool, sauna, and more. Unfortunately, guests often struggle to use these facilities correctly and nobody is making sure they do so. The pool area with children and teenagers making it difficult to enjoy a swim, and parents disregarding designated lap lanes. The sauna is not the serene experience one might expect, as a lot of visitors don't follow the rules. The rooms are a highlight, offering spacious, well-furnished spaces with comfortable beds and a sitting area that provides ample room to relax. However, one downside is the hotel's smoking policy. Smoking is allowed on balconies, which can lead to the smell of cigarette smoke from neighboring balconies wafting into your room. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the Dr. Irena Eris spa. The spa staff is exceptionally professional, and their services, including massages and cosmetic treatments, are an absolute pleasure. The service quality here is top-notch, ensuring a truly enjoyable and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the older lifeguard (Mr. Krzysztof) at the pool is deserving of praise. Amid the challenges in the pool area, this staff member made an admirable effort to maintain order and ensure safety, which was much appreciated. Also special thanks to Ms. Agnieszka (who is in charge of the hotel lobby bar) for her hospitality.

Regrettably, the hotel's reception staff is a significant downside. They come across as unfriendly, arrogant, and unhelpful, seemingly forgetting that guests should be their top priority. This is a couples unfriendly hotel, concentrated only on a well-being of loud children and their careless parents, completely neglecting the needs of other guests. Some animations (i.e. live music in the bar) and attractions (VR room) were available only during weekend.

Location, parking possibilities (paid, but in front of our room), lobby bar, wide offer for the dinners and breakfast, pool area (after 8pm when no kids are allowed), quiet part of the hotel (obviously separated from kids). This hotel is super friendly to kids, so just you know. Could not imagine coming here during the weekend, even now it was busy (stayed in March Sunday-Wednesday, no vaccay in PL/GER)

No cleaning of the room during our 4-day stay. Had to ask at the reception for it and got “cleaning” when no beds were done, no bathroom was cleaned (towels and robes were at the same place as we left them), they only took away the trash, set the A/C as usual and left glasses dirty from the previous night. Kind of disappointment in the 5* hotel.

The staff was incredibly supportive and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the Italian restaurant on-site served absolutely delicious food — a must-try! Cleanliness was top-notch in every corner of the property. It’s an ideal place for families, with plenty of activities to keep children engaged and happy. The jacuzzi, swimming pool, and sauna facilities were all well-maintained and added to the relaxing experience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!

However, the hotel is located quite far from the city centre, and public transport in Karpacz is not very frequent. Reaching the property by public transport can be inconvenient, so I would definitely recommend having your own vehicle for easier access and exploring the area.

It was very comfortable in the hotel during my entire stay. I couldn't tell whether the rooms around me were occupied by quiet guests or if the soundproofing was excellent, but nothing disturbed me during my two-night stay. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was included in the price. The hotel staff was hospitable and answered all the questions I had. Additionally, there are plenty of activities for kids. The natural surroundings of the hotel are amazing.

I was unable to properly configure the temperature on the thermostat. Setting it to 21.5 degrees resulted in a temperature of about 27 degrees within 30 minutes, so there was definitely something wrong with it. However, the weather outside was comfortable, so it was sufficient to just keep the windows open.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was overcrowded and full of children, so you didn't enjoy much peace. Upon arrival, we waited about 40 minutes in front of the reception before the reception cleared a large line of people. At one point several dozen people arrived. Unfortunately, for a 5-star hotel, I would look for a little more service. The surprise was that breakfast and dinner are divided into groups (tours) and you have to choose when to go breakfast I tour 7:30-9:00 II tour 9:30-11:00 dinner I tour 16:00-18:00 II tour 18:30-20:00 But it was manageable, just a surprise in a 5 star hotel.

Location is great. Especially for those who like hiking in the mountains. Very close to highest mountain Śnieżka.

Staff, isn’t friendly. Especially at the a’la carte restaurant. Very long time of waiting on food (2 hours). The waitress discouraged us from placing an order. She didn't care that customers were leaving and the place wasn't full. The dishes for the three-person table were not served at the same time. One of the served dishes was not as ordered. During 2 hours of waiting none of the waitresses asked if they wanted to serve us something else to drink in the meantime. The staff was more interested in preparing tables for the morning breakfast and talking to each other than with the customers. Very poor for 5* hotel.

Location is great, rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet is really nice, and dinner was amazing. Staff is very kind and friendly. Spa facilities nice and very clean. This is a great place if you are traveling with children - the bar in the evenings looked like a kindergarten party. If you are traveling for business or looking for a romantic escape, maybe another place would be more suitable.

Our stay was wonderful! Very good level of acommodation, dishes, we apriciated also the view from our window etc.

The opening hours in the spa area (at least pools) could start earlier than at 10 a.m., so we could swim already before the brekfast...

uncomfortable beds, no fresh juice for breakfast, but there was free champagne (??). There was an additional fee per night of PLN 80 for the dog and no items for the dog, such as dog bowls or bedding in the room.

Hotel is very comfortable. Surrounded by pretty pine forest. Next to the hotel was a beautiful path, so it was easy to walk our dog. We really enjoyed spa and swimming pool. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Good room service. Food was tasty but buffet too expensive for the quality. We was happy with our stay.

It would be great if at least one restaurant would allow dogs in. Prices during dinner are pretty high for the quality ( especially dinner buffet - 100 zloty per person for a quality of a milkbar). Other food in restaurant was of a better quality and prices was alright. Drinks also was quite expensive.
