Food is amazing,playroom in the central building of the hotel is nice and big, swimming pools are nice

I did not notice any security on the territory so i did not feel quite safe in the appartment. The entrance door to the building was not locked during night time .Play room for kids in the 3 house was quite cold .There was some unpleasant smell in the room .(seemed it was not aired for a long time before our arrival) one Swimming pool was being repaired we could not use it And actually that swimming pool with massageurs was one of the reason why i chose green appartments .

1. Spa & wellness facilities They are well organized. Sauna area is separated to swimming pool. And, there is safety guard next to children pool. 2. Location Hotel is located at the end of village area. So atmosphere is quite calm & peaceful. 3. Parking Hotel has lots of parking spaced. No worry to bring your car.

1. Check-in time From 4p.m, you can do check-in. So it's quite late on mountain area. Because it is already dark outside. 2. Spa & wellness facilities They are under only main building. If your room is in other building, you have to walk with normal clothes. This is quite strange system, and makes you feel uncomfortable. It should be opened earlier, not from 09:00a.m. 3. Room condition Blackout curtain cannot cover all window, so some part can be covered by thin curtain. Additionally, smart TV cannot be connected with I-phone to play Netflix. (Hope I didn't know how to connect..) 4. Breakfast All fruits are great, but foods variety & taste are just normal.

The views were absolutely incredible. The convenient location of the apartments and other attractions made it feel like a small, self-contained town. Delicious breakfasts.

In terms of value for money, it would be nice to have disposable slippers and bathrobes in the room.

Perfect location just under Snezka mountain. Halfboard option was perfect for us. We really appreciated, that the hotel is very kids-friendly and we felt very welcomed with our little children, also in the restaurant. The choice of food was perfect and absolutely sufficient (meat, fish, vegetarian, pasta...) Also the spa-wellness section was really good, not overcrowded in May with very nice option for childer as well as adults (separated sauna part)

the mattress could be more hard. There was a cooling pool in the sauna area, however the water in there was not cold at all.

This beautiful resort and was impressed. The property offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Although there's no air conditioning in the apartment and it's a 30-minute walk to the city center, these were minor issues. Everything was spotless and looked new. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Supperb breakfast. Marvellous swimmingpool and more- Fine 2 room flat.

Apartments were spread over a large area, some of them far away from main building, reception, dining rooms and swimming pools. My 4 special wishes for our flat were all ignored from the start, but fulfilled when we moved to another flat after complaining. Two times the internet/wi-fi was off for several hours.

Great food, nice content for kids, swimming pool warm and clean

Wifi does not work properly and all the time, often no signal. Sweets could be better at lunch, basically 4 cookies were repeating for entire week. Seems ridiculous that they charge parking at such remote place...

We loved having sauna in our Apartment! That was absolutely amazing. We also really enjoyed breakfast, there was huge buffet with amazing choice of everything. If you would like to enjoy quite time in indoor swimming pool, there are hours for adults only from 8pm :)

We did not expect extra charge for car park and if you stay in Apartments, reception team members won't give you many informations about indoor swimming pool for example, that adults only hours are from 8pm:).

Delicious breakfasts and dinners . Nice SPA zone. A lot of entertainments.

We stayed at the apart-hotel part. There was fur in the apartment when we came , not enough towels. We told about that at the reception, but nobody bring them to us. Also strange system with a room service , they will provide room cleaning only if you pay for it(forgot how much it was). Weird Check-in (from 16-00)/ check-out( till 11-00 AM) time .

Lack of parking places, we stayed in apartments and those i cannot recommend to stay in, we got info from reservation agent that with animals we only could stay in apartments but during the stay we have seen people with animals accomodated in hotel building
