- Wonderful buffet breakfast included in the price; cooked and cold, sweet and savoury options -- everything you could ask for! - Great views of the surrounding hills and mountains. - Pleasant pool table area with plenty of tables, so we always had a place to play. - Bowling alley was a great touch! - Pool and sauna facilities were great and not too busy. - Nice coffee/snack area for guests included in the price. - Beautifully presented hotel with very stylish colour and furniture combinations.

- Location without a car isn't absolutely ideal, but it was very peaceful. - No masseuse available the week we were there. - Restaurant is big with lovely décor, but a little quiet at night - a buffet dinner would be wonderful to attract more people!

Nice room with balcony Aqua area included in the stay has everything you need: 2 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzi and 4 small self-regulated saunas Super game and relax zone with bar on -1 floor: 5-6 pool tables, bowling, Xbox ps4 and game boy, separated well equipped playground for the youngest… well thought entertainment for all generations :) Nice food in restaurant and great rich breakfast! Spacious lobby with all day coffee and sweet treats. Location is great as well - a bit out of the noisy city but very accessible (cca 10 min walk to the bobsleigh roller coaster and Main Street) and next to the trails direction to Sněžka.

Plastic cups packed in plastic bags in bathroom, better change it to the glass ones :) For the 4* spa hotel I missed hair conditioner. The gym might be took care of a bit better, but I loved the space in general.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice of warm and cold food, salads and sweet options. Dairy alternative and gluten free options were also available. Staff was very attentive and helpful. My daughter requested soft boiled eggs and she had them nicely prepared every morning.

Spa was a bit run down and needs renovating. Too much humidity which probably caused the damage. Ventilation can be improved. So much potential, it is a shame that we were not able to enjoy it fully.

We had a great stay at the property , wellness was great , breakfast was rich in variety, all day coffee bar was great . Location is great gives you sometime to walk around and explore the area . Very calm and peaceful locality . Definitely recommend and we will surely be coming back

The breakfast was super delicious. The rooms were clean. The hotel is obviously brand new and includes a plethora of things to enjoy, including billiard, videogames, a cocktail bar, etc.

- The staff BARELY spoke any English. This is a must, if the hotel wants to attract foreign visitors. - The dinner was served from 5 to 7 PM. Rescheduling/prolonging it (at least to 8 PM) would be much more practical. - In comparison to the delicious breakfast, the dinner was very mediocre. We were very disappointed with the dessert on the second day - whose idea was it to put gelatine in the pudding and its creamy topping?

Location (far from city center) - From time to time can be a bit cold in the room (battery works not all the time) - In some places the room require tiny cosmetic fixes

Very good vibes, our dogs were welcome, great food and 24h access to the coffee machine and tea maker. Spa zone available till late and surprisingly good food in restaurant a'la carte
