We liked the well-maintained facilities and access to the sauna. The room was basic but a good size and clean. Breakfast offered many choices, well-presented and tasty. We stayed three nights during a relatively quiet time, as there were not many people in the hotel or tourists in town. We also received a discount at a nearby restaurant, which offered very good food. The location was perfect for hiking. It was the starting point for the black trail to Sowia Przełęcz. To access other trails, you can take a local bus to Wang Church for 5zl.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and dinner, attentive staff. Good location: 10-15 minutes to the centre on foot, and near one of the main paths to Śnieżka. Possibility to access the SPA's jacuzzi (20-minute sessions) and sauna without additional costs. Fair prices for everything that is offered.

Rooms could be brighter. There could have been more vegetarian options for dinner.

Room was clean, cleaned out daily. The design is dated, but functional with comfy beds and pillows. What's worth noting is silence during night time. Breakfast was good. The spa is small but sufficient, massages are performed exceptionally well. Location is near perfect.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Our room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable. The food in the hotel (breakfast and dinner) was tasty, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. The sauna and the whirlpool were suitable after a challenging climbing to Sněžka. Nice location. I would be happy to come back.

The wall between our room and room of our neighbors was quite thin (we heard our neighbors snoring). No drinks were served for dinner (I would be happy even with water).

The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi and sauna are available for all the guests, but you need to book a jacuzzi in advance. The restaurant offers some excellent regional dishes and great beer.

The room 106 was pretty specious. There were a lot furniture: a desk, a nightstand, 2 lamps, a wardrobe, a coffee table and 2 armchairs, a kettle, 2 cups, 2 tea bags and 2 bottles of water. The bathroom was big and comfortable. The bedsheets and towels were clean and fresh. The breakfast was delicious: big variety of salads, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs and pancakes. The sauna was big and jacuzzi was cool!

Check in starts at 16:00 which is too late in my opinion. No fridge in the room. We weren’t informed that in order to use sauna and jacuzzi we need to make a reservation. We couldn’t use the sauna on the day we arrive because it was fully booked. We used it on the next day though.

Excellent hotel, amazing location, ski slope few meters away. 10 min walk to the town centre and Bacchus bus stop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
