We arrived way too late, because of a small misunderstanding (the time on booking was wrong, and the SMS that the owner send to warn us they're closing check-in at 22:00 didn't arrive, because it accidentally got send as MMS and required proper internet to receive it). But nevertheless we could get in, park our car, and the owner showed us around (he spoke very decent German). The room is nice, enough space for three, waterboiler and bathroom in the room. Beds were good, wifi decent. We also bought breakfast, which allowed us to use the building's kitchen too, at any time. Nice if you want to drink some tea in the evening after catching a movie.

The building is old, and the sound isolation is not super. If somebody is speaking in the hallway you can hear it very well. It's quite common for most hotels, and the owner can't help it (when we arrived he really made sure no noise was made to not wake up anyone), but we woke up with some lady being quite loud. Probably our bad luck.

All as advertised and as pictures. Situated in village close to Jelena Gora - you can get to Jelena Gora by bus or need car. Clean. Safe parking on property. Friendly host, good communication, gave lots of info. Tip: If you book with ( Continental!) breakfast, you may fully use kitchen facilities for preparing your own meals ( if not, you pay a fee for use ). Good for a short stayover!

Very thin walls - one could hear people next door.

The owner was nice and could talk a little german. We wanted to check in earlier and we didn't pay more. It was easy to find and we got a parking place near the house for free.

The breakfast was only continental, but good.

The host was very friendly and even if we arrived later than midnight, he was patiently waiting for us. Pets are also allowed in the room. The room had a thematic environment and the bathroom was very modern. The breakfast was more than enough, different varieties, you have a fully equipped kitchen that you can use it. I totally recommend it and if I ever come back, I will definitely choose this place again.
