The food was very good, great breakfast selections and dinners were especially good. The location is beautiful and easy to reach. The room was plenty big enough and the view was great. I took a dip in the pond fed by a mountain stream, it has a convenient stair and wading area and yeah it was freezing cold but invigorating, my wife said I was crazy! The pool and saunas were very nice and the spa treatments (massages) were very good.

We selected a room overlooking the ponds and garden with a balcony, there were no chairs or table on the balcony? I asked on our first day and we only got two chairs on our last day. Outdoor seating on the deck is rather limited with no tables to eat at, strange considering the size of the deck? Another item my wife and found strange, the entire interior of the hotel is painted black (except the rooms, white) and gave it a dark eerie feel especially in the halls with no windows.

Incredible surroundings, two nice lakes in front with ducks, relatively easy access to trails, amazing food, authentic and clean room with a refined bathroom. Sauna and pool are very clean and accessible, open until late. An must-see tour by Adam in the decommissioned uranium mine, literally next door to the hotel.

Very small but the layout of the hotel was confusing in the first two days.

Nothing everything was what I needed

We liked: Restaurant Staff, Views, List of the things hotel can share with you extra upon request (like special kinds of pillows etc), recommendations what you can visit nearby

We didn’t like: please add to the checklist of cleaning the headrest od the bed. When we sat on the bed I saw dust in the air, I turned behind me and saw big layer of dust. I took a picture but will not attach it. Also carpet was not vacuumed well. Rest of the room was nicely cleaned. All massages felt the same. When requested classical massage which should felt different than relaxing one - honestly no difference, stuff was nice though but I did not receive what I expected. Shower head did strange noise - due to pressure and leaking, easy fix should help.

At first glance, when you look at the pictures everything looks very beautiful. The hotel is really located in a stunningly beautiful, quiet place, surrounded by forest, from the restaurant you can go to the terrace overlooking the pond and the forest. I give the breakfasts a 10 out of 10, very tasty and a great choice.

There are still questions to welness. When the hotel claims to be as a wellness and spa with 4 stars you want to have more than two saunas and a swimming pool. There were only 3 sun beds and 4 chairs for the whole wellness, that is, if you wanted to lie down after the sauna and you do not find a free one, you will rather have to go for a swim or go back to the room. Some of the shower cubicles worked intermittently. There was a great lack of hooks both in the wellness area and in the showers. By the way, they do not give towels and sheets in the wellness area, so everyone goes to the sauna in bathing suits. I managed to ask for extra at the reception, but judging by the reaction of the woman at the reception, it is not accepted here. The plus is that the hotel has a lot of different entertainments like bowling, billiards, table soccer. But be prepared that if your room will be above the bowling alley, you will hear everything until at least 22h. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the lack of many details spoiled the overall impression.

Rooms its so old

Very very poor level for a 4-star hotel. Feeling that the owner has no willingness or no capacity to invest and make it at the standard of other four-star hotels. Very limited staff available, and quite unfriendly but for one person in the restaurant. There was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived on Thursday night, and we had to go through multiple corridors to eventually find somebody who could call the receptionist. All seemed very old and without any style (furniture in our room seemed to be an assembly of unsuited pieces coming from an antic). No attention at all to the details (the holding bars in the swimming pool which are not solidely fixed, the hamam which does not produce any steam, the hospital-style lights in the swimming pool and in the sauna), no staff and no towels available in the swiming pool area with the spa actually closed when we stayed, the poorness of the wifi actually disfunctioning most of the time in our room. Really felt that the owner is trying to save on all costs, but this is obviously at the detriment of the customers (no one would dare to say guests in this hotel). I had reserved for three nights, but looking at the disaster, wanted to cancel the last two nights adn look for another place, but was just answered that the details on the hotel were in the confirmation mail. So no refund. Booking.com is to be blamed for this stay too. Looking at the hotel, it is ununderstandable this hotel attracted a rating above 8 when I booked, which means Booking does not monitor and double-check the opinions and ratings that are posted. At least in respect of this hotel.
