Desk open all the time. The staff were very helpful. Didn't have breakfast but looked very nice. Next door is a little shop makes fresh donuts - opens at 10am if you want an alternative breakfast. Looked quaint but everything worked. Very convenient for the station. Short walk along a straight road - you cant get lost. If I go to the city again I would stay there.

Nothing to dislike but if you cant do stairs make sure you ask for a ground floor room as there is no lift.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Clean rooms. Great location in the center. Good value for money.

The room door was very old so you can hear every single noise on the corridor. At night the corridor light shines into the room through a window above the room door. Luckily the hotel was not busy and the guests were quiet so it wasn't a big problem for me.

The location is perfect, the staff very supportive and nice and the facilities inside the room were very good. The room was comfortable. Overall the stay was very nice in a perfect area right next to the cathedral.

The elevator is missing, so when you have large badgage it is not so comfortable. But it is a building with few floors 2-3, and some of the staff anyway helped us with the baggage, so overall it was not a big problem.

Very helpful staff, great location, good value for money

We supposed to have "Bed(s): 1 full bed, 1 queen bed" and it turned out to be just 1 full bed (and no extra queen bed) which we then switched for small twin beds in a different room. No hard feelings though, given the price it must have been too good to be true, I assume there have been some unintentional error in the room description.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Even though I had emailed before arrival about available parking space (for which they hadn't). They still found a space for my car. Sadly my appetite wasn't great the days I stayed, so I didn't have the opportunity to taste all the delicious dishes on the breakfast buffet. But it looked very nice.

Could have used an elevator, but it was fine. The cleaning of the room could have been better. A clean cup for the coffee would have been nice

The hotel is a clean and comfortable place to stay right in the heart of Kielce's old town. The people were wonderfully kind. You have to want to take a trip back in time and appreciate the not-state-of-the-art facility to truly see that this is a gem. There were no elevators, no A/C and the doors actually had keys, not key cards. I loved it. The hotel courtyard lets out onto the pedestrian-only cobblestone street, which is filled with shops and plenty of restaurants and even some historical sites. People are always walking. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was composed of plenty of fresh choices, many Mediterranean inspired vegetables and salads along with meats, breads and cereal. The staff gladly makes scrambled eggs too. They have an automatic coffee machine that gives you all kinds of espresso and coffee choices. Just push the button of the choice you want. The cappuccino was great. The staff does not speak English well, but I found it easy to communicate. The wifi worked well.

Great location - the hotel is located in the centre of the old town, it's also not far from the railway station. The breakfast was really good - really big choice of meals.

Our neighbours could control our TV by their TV remote control. So it was impossible to watch TV :(

Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Hotel is situated in the centre of town, walking distance to all main attractions. Staff really lovely. Very comfortable bed. Good standard of continental buffet breakfast. Great value for money. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Kielce. Walk away from historical centre and all shops, bars and restaurant. Lovely and very helpful ladies at the reception. Easy and straightforward check-in.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. It wasn't any problem for us, but if you have a heavy luggage it's better to book your room on the ground or first floor.

The hotel in a very good location, with an exit onto Sienkiewicza Street. The hotel is clean but a bit old-fashioned, actually it is in a historic building. Parking is available at the back of the hotel, with an entrance from Kapitulna Street. Breakfast very good, delicious scrambled eggs with chives on request ;)
