Very nice hotel and good friendly staff.

The gentleman at the hotel's reception was really polite and handsome regardless of our very late arrival at about half past two AM. The rooms were clean and furnished with comfortable beds and cabinets. The breakfast was tasty and dense with enough choices for anyone staying for overnight.

Some guests forgot that speaking loudly in the corridors may disturb other ones. I was woken up by them. This is not a question of sound insulation of doors but culture. The nearly located racing track became noisy 9 AM. It did not affect me but may be uncomfortable for people getting usually up late. Bathroom roof would need repainting.

Working reception late night, everythink is clean , all you need for stay and relax, comfortable big room

Beautiful lobby, beautiful chandeliers, beautiful wooden doors and panels. Very good breakfast. Very good staff in both restaurant and reception.

Water pressure too low in bathroom. No soundproofing at all.

Friendly staff and nice food in the restaurant for the dinner. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Nice time to be in there on Sunday morning, because close to the hotel was big market (hopefully it's always here).

No sweet options for the breakfast (i.e. no cereals, yogurts, fruits,pies etc.).

Location,staffs especially the receptionist the one who is tall didn't get her name she was very helpful and prompt to sort out our issues or request then the bartender Dominic he is gem even the bar was closing he was willing to offer drinks which was not in the menu and customise according to our choice he is best and hard working too and breakfast was yum especially croissant was superb.

Well its says 3 star hotel but facilities not up to the mark like in room having kettle for hot water for tea and Coffee. The socket in the room were not convenient its far from bed . And radiator not working even the WiFi was not working in the room.One of our room has fridge but other non. But rest is all great

Not very good in English-speaking, but for me it was only overnight stop, so i had no problem about that. I had to make changes in booking, hotel stuff changed everything smoothly and paying attention to small details. Clean. Online English great! Breakfast great.

Beds bit loud 😉
