Above all: a competent and friendly personnel. Very good location literally 3 minutes walk from the central square where people enjoy each other’s company, with a good choice of food and drink; ease of parking on the premises, at a reasonable cost; my double bed was really large, very comfortable and offering good support. I did not have the breakfast, but the buffet seemed well provided for.

At this price point, there is nothing to criticise about this hotel since everything in the room worked as expected.

We stayed there for 3 nights during the Kielce Ifre expo and it was a pleasant experience. The best thing is the location of the hotel. It is practically 3 minutes away from Rynek. Also there is a decent shopping mall if you want to change money and eat smth fast. Rooms are classic chain type. Standard bathroom. There is a good parking option. People are nice and helpful. WiFi is very good. Bed was comfortable.

We were in Kielce for the conference and stayed in this hotel. The infrastructure around the hotel is excellent, there is a big center near the hotel for shopping, bus stations, and shops to buy food. In the room we have a big comfortable bed, kettle & tea & coffee & sugar - this part was really convenient in the cold snowy weather outside. There is also a very high-quality battery that can be used to dry wet things that dry instantly. The descriptions and photographs of the rooms are completely true. The staff is very friendly and attentive to details.

I was travelling for business purposes and I was very surprised, this hotel was a perfect choice. Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean room, solid wi-fi connection, and so on. Parking is available for a fee, but you always get a free spot under the room's window. Would recommend 100% for business or private trip!

Room thermostat can't be completely be cut off/turned off even if it is turned to 'off' so the fan turns on periodically during the night and the device light stays on. There is some restriction on the TV for Netflix so you can't open Netflix

I liked that staff was always very kind, my room was comfortable, always clean and i could pick from many options for breakfast. Also location of the hotel is great with 2 bus stops nearby. If i ever decide to visit Kielce again i'd choose this hotel again too :D

Just a small detail about the kettle in my room, the switch wasnt working properly plus for non-smoking rooms i could still smell strong cigarettes smell in the hallway where my room was.

Great location for exploring Kielce. Staff were all friendly and thankfully spoke English (my attempts at Polish are....don't ask!). Underground car park was extra, but good value, and at least the car was cool!

Good location, close to railway station and old town. Very small walk to philharmonic. Kettle with sachets of tea. Very good bed. Electric sockets and USB socket. First time I saw TV with Youtube included.

The door to bathroom was horribly creaking. Room 103.

A comfortable room with everything required for an overnight stop and a good location for visiting its main two sights - the Former Palace of the Krakow Bishops and the Cathedral - and the busy centre with lots of great restaurants and cafes.

I like B&B hotels chain. This one was exceptional. Amazingly thoughtful design, everything is very convenient and at the right place. Definitely will book it again. Big garage parking.
