Exceptionally professional and friendly staff ! Many other hotels and restaurants should learn from the staff employed at this hotel! Hotel is fairly new, so had decent and comfortable facilities. Location is very good (well communicated).

The air-con in our room needs some service. It worked well (it was quite hot at the time and due to top floor, the room was very hot, so air-con had to be used) but had some occassional sounds which were most likely not "standard".

Staff was friendly, nice garden for relaxation, deckchairs and hammocks under the tree - a great idea. Rooms are reasonable sizes, nice bathroom, air conditioner (set automatically and did not cool much we visited this place in heatwave so everywhere was super hot).

Pillow was very very flat, not comfortable. Very thiny single beds. Breakfast was very very simple and small amount of bread. No lift :(

The staff was really helpful. They organized a bus transfer for us to Warsaw for a good price. (We were a group of 19 people.) It was nice to have a coffee and tea set in the room with a little extra fee. Rooms were very clean. Overall, the hotel was surprisingly good for a two-star hotel.

The location is very far from the city center. It took a long time to get Uber/Bolt to the hotel.

Location was with a bit scary surroundings, especially at night, during arrival. I should have checked the map a bit more. Pillows could have been bigger.

Arriving by car very convenient. Recently renewed premises, quiet room, complementary water bottles, comfortable beds. Air conditioning working perfectly. Nice personnel. Very good breakfast choices.

We came to breakfast at 7.00, but we found almost empty plates and almost no food at all. It was strange to see lots of people leaving breakfast place at 7.01 although the breakfast had to start at 7.00

The breakfast was very good! The room was nice, the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and easy to find. Would visit again for sure!
