Great English speaking receptionist. Comfortable bed. Good central location with choice of local restaurants within walking distance.

At this price (superior room) there should be a kettle and tea in the room. There should also be more light in the restaurant, it was dark and depressing, a large dark, almost empty room, not very pleasant to sit in such conditions.

The hotel is located in the center, close to the railway station. The bus station is also very close. The 4 star wing "Lux" is at a small side street, and is quiet. The lunch boxes are large and good.

The rooms are cleaned only on request (Covid). Guests should be clearly informed, that they should place the label "please clean" when they want cleaning. I suggest some information on the table in each room.

My mum was very happy and so surprised when she received a birthday card and box of chocolates from the hotel! It was lovely!
