Rooms, sauna, beach, chef :)

I did not like the attitude of the staff at the reception. They charged the price for the whole day to rent the bikes even though we only had the bikes for 5 hours. The bike was broken so we had to go back to the hotel for another one (which took about 1 hour)! The receptionist intentionally overwrote the rental period, even though we showed her our photos at the hotel (departure on bikes). :-( :-( :-( It spoiled the whole impression of the hotel, we feel cheated.

Great hotel. Very good breakfast and supper. Nice and many activities for kids. I reccommend the place though only for families with kids.

The swimming pool is too small for the number of guests but it is nice that is there and available without any reservation.

Loctaion of the hotel is perfect close walk to the beach also there is small shop nearby, Nice and comfortable rooms although could do with some refreshing.

Rooms were bit tired and lack of cutlery and few things like coffe or tea bags and bit of sugar would be welcome. Facilities were ok few play rooms and a smimming pool were ok but small swimming pools and play facilities only on one floor considering around 240 rooms were just not enough for everyone to enjoy.

- our room on the 7th floor enabled you to see a bit of the ocean ( family double room) - parking space in the hotel area - short walk to the beach - due to rising cases of corona, food was to be consumed in the sleeping rooms. A lot of plastic waste resulted. This is not the hotel's fault as they were trying to cope and did well.

-Evening Meal times start from 1630 to 1900Hrs - clean up in the dining hall started way too early. We would be eating and someone starts sweeping the floor next to us and cleaning the floor with a pungent disinfectant.😬 - the personel would take away our plates before we are done with them - the relaxing amenities are too small for the hotel that holds more than 700 guests: e.g bar area too small 🙄 - at 6: 40 am they would start vacuuming the room corridors + the stairways! The vacuum cleaner is really really loud!!😤 - parking spaces for the car are measured too small
