This is a new hotel with an excellent location. Good choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is aimed at family vacations with plenty of attractions and attention for children. However, in adult zones such as the gym and sauna (+16), there are still children present. While children in the sauna may be a problem for parents, the use of the gym as a playroom for preschool-age children is unacceptable.

Open air hot tubes 🎉, Fine breakfasts, Friendly staff, We got a chance to meet the roe deer pack just outside the place, I believe the place is magical during the early summer.

Crowded at the breakfast time, the place is popular. The same goes for saunas and hot tubs. Hot tubs even have their queues. Not a major issue, though.

New hotel, facilities are excellent, pretty good breakfasts.

It’s far from 5 stars, too many small things which are not covered. Price-value ratio is poor. Please hire responsible management.

Rooms and breakfast was perfect, really nice staff and after while we had also a good parking. ( we had to wait for a few minutes to get someone leave first). Village is beautiful.

We was expecting that wellness would be more than just a one pool and two jacuzzis, also there was some saunas, but it wasn’t that good for the money.

I have gone through many hotels in the world, but nowhere have I experienced such high service and care of employees. I would like to highlight the manager Anna, who behaved at the highest professional level. She is a person with a good heart, who loves her job and does it to the fullest. Such people need to be held in high esteem these days. The other staff were also very nice, helpful. You have a very high quality lineup of staff who keep the 5 star hotel top level. The rooms were always beautiful and thoroughly tidy. Housekeeping does its job very well. The mattresses were so comfortable that I didn't even want to get out of bed in the morning. I admire the wide selection of tasty and quality dishes in the restaurant. Every person will find something for himself there. The spa was also amazing. I will already be returning to this hotel regularly with pleasure and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. Although I am from Slovakia, I have to go for wellness stays in Poland, because you offer a much higher level of services and you can appreciate the client. BIG THANK YOU for everything.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT but if I have to write something, I would like a body lotion in the bathroom and an ironing board with an iron in the closet.

I had a Delux Family Room. It was a really big one, very spacious and comfortable. The rain shower in the bathroom made 50% of the comfort. Nice breakfast (buffet)

My expectations of the hotel as a five-star were not justified... - no hair care cosmetics (shampoo or conditioner) - no body lotion (water with a high alkaline content is very drying for the skin after a shower) - in the bathroom very cold floor (no heating) - restaurant -- the sheff completely burned my stake (120 pln) and I got a well done, instead of medium rare. with no excuse. The waiter said "OK, I'll pass it to the kitchen"

Your hotel is an absolutely LUXE! The location is gorgeous. The hike up from town after our walk down might require a bit more energy than we expected yet upon arrival, we felt like we achieved an amazing feat. Now, the room. We were in awe of the space, the furniture, lighting, and the bathroom! We screamed when we saw it. Lovely! The Spa! Oh my word! All the options for a sauna, cold splash, jacuzzi, and swimming pool water massage. I felt like I was floating on air. We all did! This felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The food for breakfast was out of this world. Never have we seen such beautiful spread for breakfast! Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, cheese, greens, nuts, meat, sweets, coffee and teas from Austria! Bravo!! And your staff is delightful! Always smiling and supportive.

It was fabulous! Only one thing to consider is hair conditioner in the shower. Aside from that, paper cups available with water upon arrival. That was a nice tough. We loved it. We are digging deep for something to improve experience.

I was very disappointed that almost no staff was able to communicate in English. Even though at the end I understood little bit of Polish so we found a way, I just expected from 5* to be able to communicate in international language.

Awesome, stylish hotel, loved the pool, jacuzzi outside and sauna area! Breakfast is awesome as well, so many options available for everyone, everything was very tasty and so fresh!

After the 1st night when the cleaning lady came, we said we didn’t need cleaning, but next day when we needed it, no one came. So we ended up going to the reception and asking for toilet paper ourselves. Not a big deal, but I didn’t expect that I’d have to go get a toilet paper myself in the 5 star hotel. Also the trash can was full as no one came to take out the trash, but we were leaving next day so also no big deal.

Beautifully located, all new hotel. Rooms are comfy and nice decorated. If you consider trying hotel's restaurant or room service - don't hesitate. It's absolutely perfect. breakfast was typical for hotels.

- you can check in staring 4PM. This is kind a joke to me and never seen such late check in before. Especially that check out time is regular - 11AM - road leading to hotel. last mile is steep and narrow. It's more less ok during summer - just not easy to drive because lot's of cars parked and pedestrians. I just wonder how it will work during winter if someone does not have proper 4x4. Hotel is located in the heart of Krynica so must adapt to local infrastructure but making possible to arrive from 'above' should be management's priority.
