A real "all-in-one" hotel with restaurant, cafe/bar, lounge, spa at a perfect location next to the park. Working was possible thanks to the fast internet connection via WiFi. Tourist attractions of Krynica-Zdrój are literally at your doorstep. Great!

I didn't like that I had to leave after 4 days only ...

I think we stayed in budget rooms, which were a bit small but you get what you pay for. The location and staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The hotel serves the best breakfast we've ever had. Everything was fresh, and there were more than plenty of choices. Everything also tasted healthier - salad dressings weren't too salty or fatty, juice was freshly squeezed, they even had homemade ginger syrup.

There weren't enough shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. I think this is something that doesn't cost much so perhaps worth adding it. Also, the suitcase had to be left on the floor. Shame there wasn't a.piece of furniture for this.

Breakfast was superb. We really liked live music at the lobby in the evenings. SPA zone is also better than you could expect in a such historical building. There are some things for improvement in the rooms (we have spent a week in this hotel and stayed in two different rooms) but in general I would strongly recommend it because of the restaurant, spa and, what is most important, good vibe.

Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect location, the best breakfast buffet ever, and literally the nicest staff we ever encountered. Very spacious room with 2 balconies and an amazing view of the promenade and the mountains around.

The hotel had a nice and cozy vintage atmosphere, interior and decorations. Breakfast was superb, and the hotel restaurant was also tasty and accommodating to dietary requirements. Perfect location in the very downtown.

The breakfast was fantastic. And what we've loved the most, was the beautifull surroundings to go hiking

The (missing) curtains in the room. There are some screens, but in the morning there's quite some sunlicht penetrating through in the room. And if you wanna have a long sleep, this is a breakpoint.

Very good breakfast buffet, cooked breakfasts also available. Great central location and easy access to car park. Spa facilities. Good restaurant. Bar / Cafe with light meals available.

Excellent service, delicious perfect breakfasts and an sophisticated restaurant, live music in the evening that fits very harmoniously into the evening mood. A luxurious sauna was included in the price of the hotel.
