Clean rooms, convinient beds, water pool, playground with trampoline and slide table tennis. Owners are very friendly and ready to help. 20 min by walk to the center. 15 min by walk to the lift to Observation Tower (Wieza Widokowa). There are shared fridge and microwave in corridor. Cooking utensils are available. Kettle in the room. You can hear your neighbors, but there were no noisy guests during our stay, although hotel was full.

Would be great to have shared kitchen with tables and kitchen stove.

Location, good breakfast (high variety), supportive and nice staff, nice view from the balcony. Parking just at the hotel in acceptable price.

Cleanliness of the carpet in the room was poor - stains and its quality was in really weak condition (some guests shared with us thw same opinion). Our access card was blocked 30min before departure (room service helped us to enter the room). Rate price to stay was also too high.

The spa facilities are good, with 2 saunas, a steam room, relaxation area, jacuzzi and smallish swimming pool. Bath robes and slippers are provided, though it's a good idea to bring flip flops if you have them. The breakfasts were good. The location is good if you are travelling by bus as the bus stop is nearby. There were some nice spaces to hang out in with comfy seats. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room felt a little bit dated in terms of furnishings and the carpet had seen a lot of use! Arriving on foot is not great as the entrance has been designed with cars in mind and you end up walking on the road.

Great breakfast, staff very accommodating and friendly. Facilities were great and there was some good restaurants nearby

There was a "mr world" conference which was very noisy, gym/sauna overcrowded due to this, and the coordinator was pretty rude. This shouldn't discourage you from staying though as not really the fault of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, we had a view of the city, nice balconies and it seems it will be even better and more private after renovation of the building

Your hotel is providing different events as for adults so for children. PLEASE inform YOUR VISITORS in advance about all the programs, as we could not take advantage of the offer !!! Pity and angry (((( The door between SAUNA and Waterpool (to landing) is always open. It's cold between the rooms and Your visitors are cold and may get cold.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice balcony with relaxing view equipped with comfortable chair and tea table. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The main lift (the second is away from the reception and mostly useful for the spa and fitness area) is small and always busy. The size of the hotel would deserve a second one. I would also introduce one or two hours children-free in the swimming pool and spa area (after 19:00 or 20:00).

I recommend this hotel, very comfortable, excellent staff, great location and very tasty & fine dining.

Rooms are older, but clean.
