Great location, very nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Additonally, there is spa on -1 with clean and comfy saunas and very nice masaage.

Please keep in mind that single room is next to big apartments where can stay family with kids - they were pretty loud so double check with reception who stay there if you plan chill leisure. Of course it does not influence good experience as a whole.

The Elevator in such old house goes really fast up and down :) we were traveling with lots of bags, stroller and two kids and we were positively surprised with it. Delicious breakfast. Specious room with an extremely comfortable bad ! Also in terms of putting kids to sleep the windows cover made the bedroom really darky which made our evening a bit less exhausting :D

A new hotel, with new facilities and very comfortable to stay in. The beds were comfortable, excellent shower and bathroom facilities. The location s very good, right in the center of Krynica. The staff was very helpful.

The parking that's available for the hotel is too far (5 minutes walking uphill) and wasn't very easy to use. The dining room was a little hectic in the mornings, and it was difficult for the staff to organize everything, clean and make sure there's sufficient refreshment of the food.

Decent included in price breakfast. Location close to everything and quiet.

Not disclosed during checking in extra cost for air conditioning("klimatizacje") that you have to pay at checkout in cash. My wife is always cold so we raise room thermostat from 23°C to 28°C but still got charged this hidden fee. Felt like scam.

Beautiful building in great location, right in the heart of Krynica. Reasonable choices at breakfast.

Coffee situation at breakfast a little difficult. Only one domestic coffee machine and always queue to use. Often run out of milk. Was easier to go to coffee shop next door. Hotel is a little tricky to find. Be aware you can actually drive on what looks like a pedestrian only area to get to the property.

A new hotel in the centre of Krynica, so everything is beautiful, modern and spot on clean. Our stay was in off peak season, so we enjoyed a calmness of the hotel and city. We tried SPA - saunas and massages. Perfect. We also tried the restaurant and it could not be better. Fantastic!

Spaceous and clean rooms with balconies and one of our room had a bathtub. Reception staff always helpful and also other hotel staff.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom and cotton buds. The barhrobes sizes were rather for small or very slim people, but we asked and they changed it for bigger ones. Some of the rooms we had were situated over the outside restaurant next door, so when we had our windows open we could smell cigarette smoke. Its not a hotel mistake, yet good to know if it bothers you.

I had an amazing breakfast experience at this superb location! The atmosphere was awesome, with the modern new design adding to the overall appeal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Although the external parking is located at a reasonable distance, it could be a bit tricky to navigate during inclement weather. So, it's essential to keep that in mind while planning your visit. Nonetheless, the parking situation is generally manageable and shouldn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Really nice and luxuriously furnished hotel, right on the pedestrian zone, close to everything. Breakfast was awesome. Food was delicious, excellent drinks also for dinner. Staff was really nice.

Wellness centre was kind of small for this kind of hotel.

Spa can be better if they add more chairs/beds/hooks for clothes. Ventilation in the restaurant can be better. Our room on 3rd floor in the corridor had a smell of kitchen.
