Friendly staff, good breakfast, and an okay location. What you see is what you get — no surprises, which is a good thing. My son joined me for one night and arrived late in the evening — the staff member on duty was very kind and flexible, and quickly helped arrange an extra bed for the room. Much appreciated!

There was no air conditioning in the room (luckily it wasn’t too hot during our stay).

Second time staying here! Great location across the street from train station. I was worried it would be loud but didn't hear them at all. Walking distance to rynek/city centre. Breakfast is great ! Had other family members. stay here and they enjoyed it as well !

The beds creaked when turning on the mattress . Only had this happen with recent stay.

Hotel is opposite Kutno station, so makes a convenient stoppover, especially off the last Berlin - Warsaw train of the day. It is the usual high quality Polish small hotel, where cleanliness and attention to detail means everything. Room was perfect, bathroom was perfect, breakfast was perfect, staff were perfect. No further need to comment.

The breakfast was great, a buffet style with lots of choice of food, fruit juices, tea and coffee in a nicely set out restaurant area, easy to use with friendly helpful staff.

Nothing, I had a very nice stay in a comfortable quiet room and the staff were great.

Breakfast was just great. It contained a variety of dishes which would suit everyone's tastes. Food was fresh and plentiful. The capucchino served by the hosts is the best capucchino I have tasted till this day. Staff were so nice, and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. When I needed an adaptor for my laptop, the lady at reception actually phoned her husband who bought and brought me a brand new one in just 5mins. And everyone spoke perfect English!!! Both the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Great stay, would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!!

Clean spacious room, comfy bed. Rooms are very modern & I liked the interior, it was the deciding factor for booking at Inner City ( most of the hotels in Kutno have tacky interior that looks like back from the 80ies 🤣😭). The staff was very friendly & approachable too. Would definitely stay again!

Went to Kutno for business meeting. Stayed at a hotel only for 1 night. Good wifi connection, available parking. Very quiet place

Breakfast was very creative, pancake and litle salty cake was excelent... I never saw breakfest like this in other hottel any 5stars . Thank you :)
