The receptionist I met first Mr Raphael could not have been more helpful and pleasant! I had a particular requirement for parking and he spent a lot of time with me trying to fix it when he certainly wasn't obliged to and the issue was resolved! I was then graciously welcomed into Hotel Maxim feeling more like a friend than a guest, I commend you Sir! There were some renovations and a wedding party but my room was quiet and comfortable throughout my four night stay. All round a genuinely pleasant place to be with recommendations for good local restaurants while theirs was being upgraded. I will look forward to staying again in the future, Bravo!

Very little to dislike at Hotel Maxim. My thanks to all involved.

The cleanliness and the high standards of the whole hotel, we enjoyed staying overnight when we first arrived in Poland so much that we rebooted for an overnight stay at the end of the holiday too. Keep up the great work.

The only real problem we had was no coffee at breakfast due to the coffee machine being broken. The staff tried to rectify it but were unfortunately unable to.

Location is nice, private parking is also a benefit, stuff is helpful in premisses, at the reception and this is great that help for you is avaiable all the time. Also close to City center and stores is an benefit

More power should be put to clean bathrooom. Coal is visible and there is lack of information that surfaces where desinfected well.

I liked everything. Super clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Receptionist helpful and they let me store my bike downstairs (indoors). Breakfast was excellent. Central location too.

Clean and tidy. We had a tasty breakfast in the morning and then finished our coffee outside in a peaceful garden. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Maxim staff were very helpfull in all ways in from check in to check out.

No room cleaning over the whole 5 nights stay.
