Was clean, Staff was friendly, SPA, Saunas. Room

A fridge in the room turned off after I took the card out of a slot. This is a system where you have to put your keycard in to turn on the electricity. It is funny that the fridge turns off. I didn't ask for a second card, so maybe they would give me one. But I was surprised because I put some stuff inside. In the hotels they used to keep fridges on. Even if is the same kind of system.

We had the apartment that was vary spacious and fresh. Big bathroom and powder room.

The tv's were old. No iron in the room. The one we could borrow from reception was dirty and there was nothing to iron on. The SPA facility was closed for renovations. There was no compensation even though we booked he hotel specifically for this reason. Staff were friendly however we ordered breakfast to the room and it was sparse. No salt and pepper. Generally I would say they could do better if one would pay attention to small details.

Typical spacious business hotel with a pool and walking distance from a supermarket. Rooms were clean & comfortable with a/c.

Warsaw prices - 55zl pp for breakfast & 70zl per night to have a small dog. One-time access pp for the pool included - the only place I have seen this. The room was very small but manageable for 1 night.

Nice clean hotel with good facilities,restaurant is good as is the on site brewery.Handy location.

A little noisy at times (There were a few young footballers staying at the time) but they were generally ok. Very surprised that breakfast is charged extra (not included) at a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel with on site brewery and great restaurant. My room again was comfy and clean and breakfast fantastic! My bicycle was stored safely inside overnight. There’s always a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and staff are so friendly. Thank you also for the communications via email 😀

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room & beds were very comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but we did take the breakfast which was good value and not too busy. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Excellent hotel, modern, well maintained and with a lot of facilities inside (pool, sauna, restaurant…) Staff very professional and kind. Definitely I will come back.

They have to improve the „sweet” side of the food. Some croissants, cakes etc

The breakfast was good every morning. We always had privacy and quiet and very restful. It was close to the people I was visiting. And the people at the receptionist were always helpful and friendly.

There wasn't a lot of chanals on the TV. I don't know why. Next time I book I will see if it is something extra that needs to be pay for. That is about it. besides that I had a wonderful night with my loved one.

Breakfast was superb and the staff was really friendly. The pool wasn't anything special but the sauna area was nice.

The nearly 24-hour blackout was not pleasant

Absolutely superb I love it here. Staff are so nice and friendly. Room is clean and comfy and breakfast is outstanding. And of course on site you have a brewery. My bike was stored safely inside the hotel. Until we meet again! I can’t wait!
