Great hotel in the city center, overlooking the old bridge. Pleasant service, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, large rooms, quiet environment, free parking in the hotel-restaurant parking lot. The room has facilities for making tea and coffee - kettle, cups and glasses. The toilet in the room was leaking - the staff responded quickly and it was fixed the next day. The staff does not speak English very well, but tries to explain everything in Polish. Excellent breakfast. Warning to other guests - check-in is required by 10 pm, after 10 pm the doors are locked.

The location is perfect for us, overlooking the Vistula River and only 5mins walk to Old Town. Staff are great especially Carolina who speaks English well and helped us in every way she can to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Our room with the view of the Vistula River couldn’t get better than that. There is plenty of space to move around in our room. Beds are comfortable. Adequate heating and lighting. Nice breakfast, but could do with more fruit and cooked dishes.

The pillows are shockingly uncomfortable, too soft and no neck support in them. Medium to firm pillows would have been perfect and would added to a perfectly good night sleep. The bathroom is very small and literally you can brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The advantages included friendly and welcoming staff, excellent and varied breakfasts, cleanliness and comfort, as well as a convenient location in a picturesque corner of Tczew on the banks of the Vistula River. We definitely recommend it!

This hotel was spotless and had everything we needed. We stayed here for Tczew parkrun (the hotel is practically on the course) and was a few minutes' walk to the start line.

Nothing, the staff looked after us well

Hotel was simply equipped, but great for a one-night stay. Good A/C and beds were surprisingly comfortable.

No overnight reception, so if there was an issue it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day or late check-ins wouldn’t be possible. (Not that I had an issue)

Very welcoming and great location on the river and a short walk from town square. Lovely breakfast and great value for money.

No aircon (which we knew about in advance). There was a fan in room and was fine for a short stay.

Very nice hotel in the center of Tczew. Located right at the banks of Wisła. Room was big, bed were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful - we came to Tczew by bikes and they helped us to keep them safe during the night :)

The only thing the room lacked is air conditioning. It was extremely hot during our stay and even the fan provided by the hotel (that is a big plus!) didn't help much.

Nice staff and welcome. Rooms with high ceiling. Great location to go for a walk along the river or into the old town.

Although rooms are non smoking, you can smell that they were smoking rooms before.

Very clean, beautiful view to the river Wisla. The Staff was friendly and service was great.

There wasn't a air conditioner in the room but outside was +30 degrees. But I believe it was jut some days and later it will be normal temperature in room again.
