The hotel is located in a very good location. This was my second stay in this hotel and it was always very clean, the rooms were nice and cozy. The bathroom was very clean, no moisture in the shower. The room smells, there are no unpleasant odors, you can see that they are refreshing the interior. The service in the restaurant was helpful, the breakfast was an open buffet, everyone will find something for themselves. Reception open 24/h. Large parking lot, which belongs to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend it. See you next time 😊

The hotel is located on the main street and when you open the window you can hear everything in the room but as soon as the window is closed it is silent.

Curtains didn't close well Location is more out of town so its OK if you have a car No ramp at the front door so can be annoying when using a stroller

The breakfast is totally worth the 8 euro fee. It was my birthday and I really felt like it was a birthday feast- eggs cooked in 3 different ways, 4 different types of yogurt, 5 different types of cereal, 6 different coffees to choose from and crepes with pear sauce to add on top. Cleanliness was top notch, as was reception - they speak English well, which is rare in Poland. The price may not be that low, but with many good details adding to the feeling of luxury: from perfect door safety to the "cleaned to standards" papers in the bathroom, it's worth the price.

The lack of sound proofing is a gripe I have- I could hear neighbors entering their apartments, walking, ECT. I could also hear the party that was happening till 11pm.

Carina is a great place to stay in Tczew. The rooms are comfy, and quiet at night. Breakfast is very generous and offers a wide range of choices. We have stayed here many times, and will keep returning. There is also no problem with parking, and there are public transport stops right outside the hotel.

The large room upgrade did not feature the same decor shown in the pictures but was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold items including cold fried/poached eggs on consecutive days.

Towels a bit hard and toilet fittings in my room looked a little tired but otherwise nothing to fault other than the width of room curtains which are always difficult to pull across

To say staff was helpful and nice is understatement, Room was big and comfortabłe

The check in staff and bar staff were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. This has been one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. I would rate this hotel higher than the Hilton hotel I stayed at in London just based on the customer satisfaction. I would happily stay here again! 10+ stars from me!

Staff are very helpful and nice, I was able to check in at 3am with no issues as there was a lady on the front desk. The rooms are clean and comfortable and as seen in the photos.
