The room is much bigger than expected, very spacious and clean. There is kettle in the room and 2 bottles of complimentary water. I like the windows that introduce plenty of natural light into the room. Although there is no air-condition, there is a fan in the room which works well to keep the temperature in the room pleasant. Bathroom is clean and tidy. The hotel is 5 min walk to the ticket office of Malbork Castle, there is a restaurant downstairs and a MacDonald's right across the road. From the train station, it is a 10 min walk along the main street in the town centre to the hotel. This hotel is ideal for those who decided to stay overnight in Malbork in order to have the time to visit the castle at a more leisurely pace.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, clean room with a beautiful view of Malbork Castle. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. Everything functioned flawlessly, and the staff were both friendly and attentive, ensuring seamless communication before and during our stay. To top it off, the nearby pizzeria added a delightful touch, making our visit even more memorable.

Location was spot on for our needs, room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Very reasonably priced.

There was an awful smell of drains in room. We we were directly above Papa's so it was noisy until closing. The walls were thin so could hear neighbouring rooms talking, flushing the toilet and a dog barking

initially, we've been placed in a room where we couldn't sleep the whole night due to annoying noise from the ventilation system. staff changed it since the second night, and the issue was fixed. I recommend avoiding room/-s on the top floor - to right from the elevator just under the cafe (as I remember, ours was #120 - but not 100% sure)

Perfect location, very short walk to the castle, very good breakfast, buffet style, available at additional costs. Restaurant in the same building, McDonalds across the street. Overall, I was happy to stay at Piast Hotel. We stayed at this hotel for two nights, everything was 👍 GREAT, no complaints

Location was great close to the castle. Staff was friendly. We were able to leave our luggage at the property for few hours after we checked out. Close to everything.

Proximity to the castle. Easy walking distance, there are restaurants nearby, 1.9km to store Lidl with delicious buns and breads. I like sitting on a balcony in the morning and watching the town waking up while drinking coffee. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean. Expedia advertised more beds in the room than there were there but we managed well. The ladies at the reception desk are super nice and helpful and I am really admiring their approach to guests.

The parking is a joke. The hotel DOES NOT have a parking. It is a space where staff from nearby businesses parks and is always busy. It does not belong to the hotel from what I understand. There were several guests trapped as us with the same problem and poor ladies at the reception desk have to bear the anger of the tourists because of inappropriate ads from management. Just state clearly that this property has no parking. Also there is no view of the castle as advertised.

Good for a nights stay to see Malbork Castle. Clean room with comfortable bed, great shower. We did not eat breakfast. Close to a very good bakery/ ice cream shop with nice staff and a patio area to enjoy your treat .

pretty room, central location next to the castle and cleanliness, also the fact that our check out was until 11am and the lady at the reception let us stay until 6pm as our train was at 6.45pm.
