Great location, close to the centre and the castle. tasty water that you can fill up at the machines in the corridor.

The interior is outdated and could do with a facelift, the location is next to a shopping centre and noisy.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel – it’s right in the city center, with everything within easy reach. The room was spacious and fit all four of us comfortably. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We had a beautiful city view from our window, including a view of the castle, which is only about a 10-minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Breakfast was varied – from herring to desserts, there was something for everyone. We parked our car in the hotel's paid parking lot, but there’s also a shopping center parking area right next to the hotel, which is free on weekends and usually has available spots. Highly recommended!

The outside of the hotel is deceptive but inside it is very fresh, new clean and comfortable. Clean and bright rooms, ,lovely bathroom with huge shower. Comfortable beds, safe, large wardrobe, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and had everything you needed. Excellent value for money and excellent location. Could not fault any of it.

Ideal location easy 10 min walk to train and Malbork castle. Main entrance underwhelming next to shopping centre but hotel modern tasteful with spacious clean functional room. Comfortable bed Suggest please don't use fragranced laundry detergent for bed linens and towels. Pillow reeked of fragrance - most unpleasant for many people and recent evidence suggests adverse health effects. Most hotels recognise this now and use unfragranced linens.

Five minute walk to Malbork Castle. Twelve to fifteen minute walk to train station. Room spartan but very clean, good staff.

In a small shopping centre, but not a real issue, just no nice views from rooms.. For a day trip to the castle, perfect, drop luggage spend half day at castle, dinner in town sleep at the hotel, and leave next morning.. nice way to take in castle and not be rushed.

We did not book breakfast but the breakfast room was busy in the morning and the buffet looked okay. The location was great, was not sure about it upon approaching but it was lovely, clean, spacious room for 3, big bathroom with just a shower, and friendly staff.

Nothing, absolutely fine for our purpose, which was to run at the Parkrun, great location for the wonderful castle and waterside walk.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Castle and the town. It is a quiet place in a busy center. The staff is well informed about nearby places to see beyond the Castle and place to have a dinner. My special thanks to Daria at the reception desk - she is competent and patient. Breakfast deserves a special story - delicious, a lot of choices, friendly staff will explain you local cuisine.

nothing to declare - a perfect place

Convenient location: Marienburg castle is 10 mins away by foot, a choice of a number restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious tripple room. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and well varied.

Hotel has no parking place: guests can park their cars in the parking slots available nearby, but have to pay the city for parking. Refrigerator in the room worked rather noisily but managed to produce temperature that was just about 2-3 degrees (Celsium) lower than in the room.

Good hotel in the center of Malbork, several minutes easy walk to the castle. Very good breakfast, many parking spaces available in front of hotel which are free of charge as well (during the weekend, on weekdays you have to pay).

Our room had a small balcony enclosed by a concrete wall, so there was no view through the window at all.

An outstanding hotel to stay at. Spacious, super clean and comfortable room. The management goes the extra mile to make the guests comfortable and welcome. From delicious chocolates on our beds to umbrellas available in case of rain - we were sorry to leave this hotel for our next destination.

There was nothing we did not like.
