Absolutely fabulous hotel! The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view over the lake from our the room was beautiful. Beds and linen are comfortable. Free wi-fi works well. The breakfast is 5 star level with a lot of variety and delicious tastes. Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also spa, swimming pool etc. available for quests to use. Free parking for the car in front of the hotel. Location is quiet but still near everything. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was great; rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed and clean with the view at lake Mikołajskie. The hotel is not far from town but away from the hassle and bustle of it so you can enjoy the nature too. There’s a mooring space for the boats just across the street. The breakfast is very nice with good variety of fresh food. I loved their poached eggs!

I understand it’s a very particular thing and majority of people wouldn’t care much about it but I wish they had some free weights in the gym.

Exceptional view of the lake from our window;, clean room; comfortable bed (except for the pillows); good location to get around. Being able to arrange a massage at the last minute was nice. The masseuse was very good! The breakfast was exceptional! Great variety of foods to sample. Plenty to make anyone full! We would stay here again.

Everything was super, except for the small pillows on the beds.

Excellent location with short walk to Mikolajki, yet very away from the commercial buzz and noisy parts of town. Breakfasts were very good with a pretty large selection. Wait staff were for the most part excellent especially the afternoon and evening crew. The port captain / bosun was very helpful as we arrived on a boat and had to dock at the hotel pier. Overall a great hotel.

Only thing I can truly complain about is that something is wrong with the water pressure at the hotel. Seems the pipes in the building are old and water pressure is very weak especially during peak shower hours in the morning and also in the evening. At one point there was no water coming out of the shower head and was a bit inconvenient. Considering a nights stay here is 700-800 zloty per night management needs to fix this issue as it’s indeed a big comfort issue.

Great location with view on Mikolaji center. Room was very nice, breakfasts was great. Hotel is pet friendly. Walkable distance to city center and amazing view to lake. I picked this hotel for my birthday stay and don't regret it.

I booked room for 2 adults and 1 kid, somehow reservation didn't had information about kid. Situation was solved fast and professionally.

The biggest letdown was very cold water in outside swimming pool, but still we use this was okay once to get used to it. Part of that nothing else.

Not tasty food in restaurant. Very small portions. We tried it two times, and both times impression the same. Second our stay time the room was not so clean as 1 time.

Atmosphere was very good, food during the breakfast was excellent with various types of deserts. What is more the room was tidy and perfectly set up for us.

There was only one minus - it was not very hot water in the pool

Just having to carry two 50 lb suitcases up the stairs. An elevator would have been nice.

Quite perfect! Loved the ambience, cleanliness, friendly obliging staff, lovely food, good restaurant. Location on edge of town, easy walk to centre. Easy parking. Would choose again.

Didn't know they allowed dogs in rooms, that is a bit off-putting. Was surprised there was no proper shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries - as it is a spa hotel!
