Place in the center of the city, close to everywhere (like 1 minute far). Veeery comfortable sleeping (bed, pillows, warm lamps), air conditioning working well even during the night and very quiet, so it was not disturbing our sleep. Great that we had a 10% discount for some restaurants because of the same group. Separate parking for a car in the middle if the center.

Would be nice to have a breakfast provided at that price. Big issue: Lack of hot water (it was ice cold) the first morning, unable to shower at all (unless I wanted to catch a cold or just freeze), the second it was very hot on the other hand. The room was not the same as in the pictures, I chose it because of the view for this price and there was no good view from our room. Small issues - the bathroom was nice almost luxurious but the toilet was a bit weirdly low and there were pipes protruding from the wall like it was not finished (and at the same time no hooks for wet towels to hang so pipes were our hangers...). Constant sounds of air hockey which is next to entrance till 1am so you need to close the window to sleep, but air conditioning helps then. Parking paid additionally.

You can't understand it from booking.com, but in reality everything is complicatedly divided - the reception is in the center of the town, apartments is in another place, paid parking is in another place (bad entry). The breakfast included in the room price must be eaten with coupons at one of the city's taverns. All this is quite annoying if you arrive tired from a long journey. The room was normal, but important details are missing - it was not possible to make coffee, there were no hand towels. The staff were brand new students who confused everything and were difficult to understand.
