There is a good breakfast ,nice , beautiful garden with good view to the river.

There is no transfer to airport, bus station is near by but there is no direct bus. Hotel staff ordered taxi for me . Taxi cost 50 PZ. Uber , Bolt are not working there. I was waiting 30 minutes and didn’t get confirmation.

Despite we have booked a room with airconditioner and received without one, we still liked the room and the hotel. It was spotless clean, and with everything we needed; Tea and water available in the room; Individual cosmetics in the bathroom;

Town and surrounding is empty, and it is quite a challenge to find a place where to eat and drink. Buy for overnight stay it could be OK.

Royal Modlin isn’t just a hotel — it’s a feeling. Elegant without trying too hard, quiet without feeling empty. Everything about the space invites you to rest, the calming tones, the tall ceilings, the soft light that seems to know exactly when to arrive. The room was spotless and comforting, with a balance of classic charm and modern needs. I worked remotely from here and slept deeply, as if the building itself had wrapped me in a soft exhale. Staff were kind and professional: present when needed, invisible when not. The surrounding area is peaceful, with birdsong in the morning and the quiet beauty of small-town Poland in the air. If you’re flying from Warsaw-Modlin Airport, this place is a gem. But even if you’re not, come here for the peace, the quiet poetry of good taste, and the feeling of time slowing down just enough for you to catch your breath.

Most of the reception staff spoke minimal English. This is not acceptable in a hotel of this calibre. Not particularly friendly night porter at late-night check-in No lift to the first floor but a lot of steps. No one to help with luggage. Because of the language problem there was a mistake in the time I ordered a taxi which was quite annoying.

Lovely hotel. Very peaceful. The food was excellent and the staff very nice.Would go back again despite the comments below.

To get into your room you have to swipe a card and then when the keypad illuminates enter an 8 digit security code. Its very easy to get one digit wrong, especially if you are tired, had a long journey or a few glasses of wine. If you get one digit wrong you have to wait till the display goes blank then start all over again. One time it took three attempts to finally get into the room! Getting into our room was like trying to break into a bank vault in a heist movie!

A very nice and perfectly located hotel with friendly, smiling staff and a beautiful park with fountains. The rooms may not be in the most modern style, but they are clean and well-equipped, with two bottles of water, disposable toothbrush sets, and a fridge. Perfect for both a one-night stay and a longer visit. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras like a toothbrush and mini toothpaste, which added a nice touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here!

The only thing I didn’t love was the old-fashioned style of the hotel, but that’s just a personal preference and doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay. I’d still recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Ok, so let me just state, we stayed for just one night. However, the room was extremely clean, the bed super comfortable and we were treated like royalty - as the hotel “royal” would suggest. When, I arrived first before my boyfriend, I was given all the information needed, I had a few questions but I didn’t have the feeling I was bothering anyone (a feeling I often have lol). The next morning, my boyfriend and I had the most wonderful breakfast, a full buffet with such a wide variety of food and all fresh, filling and tasty. We had a train to catch later on and I thought we’d be able to call on a taxi 45 minutes earlier however every phone number I called was busy. At one point, I think it was the manager, apologised for listening in to our anxious conversation but suggested she could help. We tried calling a few more numbers but eventually one of the STAFF drove us to the station in his PRIVATE car!!! Would you believe it?!?! We not only made it on time but had time to spare, which would not have happened if not for the lovely man who rushed us to the station. We had been calling taxis for like 30minutes so we thought we’d have to just wait for the next train which was 5hours later!! We loved our stay already, but this kind heartedness was just the cherry on top ❤️

Excellent location of the hotel to spend a night before taking an early flight in Modlin airport. In fact, too luxurious and too nice hotel for that usage. Hotel is of a higher standing and should be valued at a higher level for a longer stay outside Warsaw. Should be a bargain to organize professional seminars or conventions. Better fitted for this usage. Building architecture is really nice, garden/park and amenities as well. The district around is of lower standing but safe. 5 minutes away from airport in taxi., 20 minutes walking

Nothing! Ah yes: a fridge mini bar was missing, but this is very menial.

We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is around 30 minutes walking distance from the airport, no uber would accept our request on the morning (and we didn't bother waiting for a taxi). The hotel generally seems to be catering more towards weddings and other events, but was good for a night. The room is cozy, the interior a bit dated but in good condition. Cleanliness is good. Nice outdoor area, and nice walking opportunities to the fortress.

The restaurant was also nice (although they did not have their usual cook and the replacement seemed to struggle with some of the recipes, replacing rasberry mousse with strawberry jam from the glas and counting on us not noticing).
