Despite we have booked a room with airconditioner and received without one, we still liked the room and the hotel. It was spotless clean, and with everything we needed; Tea and water available in the room; Individual cosmetics in the bathroom;

Town and surrounding is empty, and it is quite a challenge to find a place where to eat and drink. Buy for overnight stay it could be OK.

Lovely hotel. Very peaceful. The food was excellent and the staff very nice.Would go back again despite the comments below.

To get into your room you have to swipe a card and then when the keypad illuminates enter an 8 digit security code. Its very easy to get one digit wrong, especially if you are tired, had a long journey or a few glasses of wine. If you get one digit wrong you have to wait till the display goes blank then start all over again. One time it took three attempts to finally get into the room! Getting into our room was like trying to break into a bank vault in a heist movie!

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras like a toothbrush and mini toothpaste, which added a nice touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here!

The only thing I didn’t love was the old-fashioned style of the hotel, but that’s just a personal preference and doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay. I’d still recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Ok, so let me just state, we stayed for just one night. However, the room was extremely clean, the bed super comfortable and we were treated like royalty - as the hotel “royal” would suggest. When, I arrived first before my boyfriend, I was given all the information needed, I had a few questions but I didn’t have the feeling I was bothering anyone (a feeling I often have lol). The next morning, my boyfriend and I had the most wonderful breakfast, a full buffet with such a wide variety of food and all fresh, filling and tasty. We had a train to catch later on and I thought we’d be able to call on a taxi 45 minutes earlier however every phone number I called was busy. At one point, I think it was the manager, apologised for listening in to our anxious conversation but suggested she could help. We tried calling a few more numbers but eventually one of the STAFF drove us to the station in his PRIVATE car!!! Would you believe it?!?! We not only made it on time but had time to spare, which would not have happened if not for the lovely man who rushed us to the station. We had been calling taxis for like 30minutes so we thought we’d have to just wait for the next train which was 5hours later!! We loved our stay already, but this kind heartedness was just the cherry on top ❤️

Excellent location of the hotel to spend a night before taking an early flight in Modlin airport. In fact, too luxurious and too nice hotel for that usage. Hotel is of a higher standing and should be valued at a higher level for a longer stay outside Warsaw. Should be a bargain to organize professional seminars or conventions. Better fitted for this usage. Building architecture is really nice, garden/park and amenities as well. The district around is of lower standing but safe. 5 minutes away from airport in taxi., 20 minutes walking

Nothing! Ah yes: a fridge mini bar was missing, but this is very menial.

We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is around 30 minutes walking distance from the airport, no uber would accept our request on the morning (and we didn't bother waiting for a taxi). The hotel generally seems to be catering more towards weddings and other events, but was good for a night. The room is cozy, the interior a bit dated but in good condition. Cleanliness is good. Nice outdoor area, and nice walking opportunities to the fortress.

The restaurant was also nice (although they did not have their usual cook and the replacement seemed to struggle with some of the recipes, replacing rasberry mousse with strawberry jam from the glas and counting on us not noticing).

The hotel is conveniently close to Modlin airport and close to a train station. The room was comfortable. The toilet and shower facilities were a bit crammed. I am speaking of Room 202, The breakfast was nice, abundant and varied. The food was exquisite.

As I said, the shower/toilet space is a bit too restricted. The kettle and coffee/tea sachets in the room were appreciated, although a wee bit too scanty.

Territory around the hotel and Modlin itself are above any expectations. It's a perfect place to live alone and work or rest. So much greenery, so much wild grass, trees and bushes. And sounds of 2 fountains definitely improve my sleeping experience. Calmness and freedom of that space is what you need, if you're above 25 years old.

I had to wait till 15-00 for check in and i didn't sleep that night, so it was not easy.

Beautiful renovated old building. I picked this hotel because I needed to get to the airport early in the morning. And as a low cost traveller I had only backpack so I enjoyed 30 minutes walk to the airport. Also great breakfast from 7 till 10. All the personnel knows English. Restaurant also was good but I tried only 1 dish there.

There were no tablespoons in the room. Once in a while I decided to have a tea with sugar and it was a surprise that I can’t steer sugar😂

Good for a overnight stay or to flying from Modlin Airport. Booked it early and it was a cheap nights accomodation. If you have an interest in history there is lots of buildings and various structures from various points in time going back to Napoleon, The Czar, WW1 and WW2. The hotel is situated in a strategic point on the wide river. On another visit I would definitely spend at least a day here. So much to see and no one knows about it. I have attached a photo.

Food in hotel a touch expensive and no alternative near by. Guess that's where they make their money. We only paid £50 for the room, so guess that balances it out.
