The location is fantastic,right between old town and castle Rabsztyn. the personnel is extremely polite & helpful, the room was clean and nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, long for tall people, The interior of the rooms are exactly like in the hotel leaflet The hotel is very dog friendly, additional accessories were nice in the bath, ,The Breakfast was delicious ,fresh with a large variety of dishes. Lots of power sockets what is not that common. really big perking for cars. in the night it's vvery quiet> good sleep.long breakfast hours 3hours no need to rush you can enjoy, food made on place

there was an event on the first day of the stay, while i was informed there was no room on the floors I reserved(ground or first), away from the conference room. so in the evening when we arrived for a moment it was loud, but the even tended on time, so the sleep was good. the next day there were more events but in different time and different part of the building. The additional pay for the best companion (dog) was hefty 1/6 ofthecost of a double room for 2 people. the room(mine) lacked a refrigerator. Also a handrail under shower would be useful and safe.

Placement in the city. Possibility to organize big events such as weddings and other parties. Great food from the restaurant in the basement, along with what they serve on the events. Great beds, all clean, rooms on the second floor were big enough to make my dog feel at home and calm. The staff was nice. Extending the stay day by day was no problem.

Walls thin enough to hear snoring and conversations next door. Some may have trouble sleeping when there is an event in one of the halls due to the noise. No problem for heavy deep sleepers.

Welcoming of the staff, excellent location, food as well breakfast various! Real kindness of all the Ladies. It was the third time I booked there and I will go back Rémy

tooo expensive, I mean one night was like for 2 days in Krakow or katowice.

Descent location. Comfortable room.

No soundproofing. I heard things above me, below me, outside and the guy next door breathing.

It was clean, the area is calm, the staff was really helpful.

- Sound isolation was terrible, you can hear everyone in the corridor and even the rooms nearby - Breakfast options were poor, and Monday breakfast was clearly leftovers from Sunday with dry bread, old salmon, and apple juice that went bad. I had to take some medicine to help with digestion after breakfast at the hotel. - The mattress was old, made a lot of sounds and was extremely uncomfortable
