Staff very friendly and helpful. Room basic but had what we needed and if not, staff happily helped to provide. Location excellent - next to main airport. Garage across the road had good selection of food/drink options. Excellent value for money.

Perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight at Krakow Airport. Open 24 hours for Check in. Rooms are clean and warm. Hot water for showers. All you need for an overnight stay

Not much to not like for what i was looking for. It suited my needs.

It is a very pleasant hotel for someone travelling from Krakow Airport, although a short taxi ride is necessary to get there if you do not have your own car. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately there were dust mites in the beds/linens, my husband and I started itching.

It delivered great value for money. This hotel is undeserving of such a lower score, as it was very clean, easy to find, reception staff was really helpful, and comfortable enough. It is a good hotel for transit or getting some rest. We didn't have any issues with airport noise and we were provided with complementary water on request. Staff spoke English and they were available 24/7. We booked this hotel for 3 nights for visiting EnergyLandia and we were quite tired after a long road trip and some full days at the park, and we got the rest we needed. Really no complains and great value for money, especially given the fact that the next accommodation available was more than double the price.

Bed mattresses were a bit too soft for our taste, but we still got a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants nearby, nor is there any delivery option, but you will find a gas station right next to the hotel for a snack when in need.

Simple and clean hotel. It was just enough for one night stay before our flight from Kraków airport. We slept there just for one night, so I can't properly describe everything. But the beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and the staff was nice. It's really close to the airport - so there is the noise from the planes, but that's the thing. You want to be close to the airport :D, so you must count with noise. I also appreciate big parking space.

The lady when we checked in was very helpful and spoke an English. The gentleman durning the morning didn't speak English but google translate helped.

The location to the airport is great. Breakfast is at a cafe up the hill and is very good. I have stayed here many times over the years because of the location. There has been some noticeable rehabilitation lately and it is kept clean.

More convenient electric plug ins for charging phones would be nice.

A pretty basic hotel, but it's cheap and only about 10 minutes from the airport.

There was no drinks or cold water machine, so when I wanted a drink in the middle of the night, there was none.

It was clean and reception lady was very helpful.

Location is horrible, there nothing except of gas station. Food delivery doesn't work in that area. Also, to go to the airport you need a taxi, so it's not a walking distance as it seems from the map.
