The place was newly furnished throughout and was very tasteful and not at all to much. The food was superb , dinner was exceptional breakfast was superb. the restaurant manager was a dream nothing was to much trouble. In fact all the staff were great. it was one of the best 4 star hotels i have stayed at. beats some 5 star hotels hands down. I am not speaking bull**** it was exactly as i said i was truly gobsmacked especially for the price. fell free to contact me to confirm any of the above.

Cannot think of any negatives it was that good. i have to write 3 sentences. this seems a little pointless, i have nothing to complain about.

The location is near a mall with most facilities available including a currency exchange and a supermarket It is near the airport but was not noisy The staff were great The family room option with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms was great for family with children And the breakfast was excellent Full selection of food Multiple egg options and multiple vegetables-salads Especially the roasted vegetables options ( well seasoned and well cooked) With the regular selection of sweet pastries

It needed a small amount of extra care to be excellent Like the calling fan of the bathroom But over all clean rooms and hotel

Fanatic breakfast. We accidentally left a jacket in the room and the hotel contacted us and held it till we were able to pick it up. Great service highly recommend. Very clean

The booklet in the room says check-out until 12, breakfast until 11. In fact, you have to check out till 11 and have breakfast till 10! Good thing I asked! The administrator at the restaurant during breakfast was not very friendly. I had urgent business early in the morning and returned to the hotel at ~10:05 (5 minutes delay!!!), when I asked if I could have breakfast I was refused, although the food was still there. At least they allowed me to make coffee. It was very disappointing and upsetting. By the way, the food was removed only in 15-20 minutes - I would have had time to eat.

I stayed for 1 night only. I had a spacious, light and clean room. The shower was good.

The mattress felt a bit hard. Also I could hear a music playing and people talking until early morning hours. The only way to get a taxi from the hotel is by ordering it from the hotel reception for 110 zloty!!! (for 10 mins drive). This information should be clearly visible from the hotel page. Uber taxi does not come here apparently. As per the questions and answers their shuttle service was in the region of 75-85 zloty in Jul24and now it’s 110 zloty but the information was not updated.

I didn't give it an excellent rating because on the first night some ladies gathered in the next room made a lot of noise and the staff did nothing. I believe it was a group that occupied more than one room because they were shouting and banging on the door the whole time. It's impossible for the staff not to have seen it because we were on the same floor as the reception.

My flight landed early and I arrived before check-in. I was badly jet-lagged. They got me in a room right away. I didn't even ask. I told them I was happy to wait... Which was true by the way. But she took care of me anyways. For this I am very grateful. I was in a bad way, but didn't want to be a bother. That is the sort of thing that makes me return. Additionally the food is fantastic at all hours of the day. Wonderful soups. Excellent breakfast. Also the water pressure was excellent.

I think the wait staff could have been better. But it wasn't bad.

Nearby highway and easy to find and to get back on the road. Dogfriendly (fee for dogs 100 PLN /25 eur) per dog. Lovely staff - especially young lady when we checked in, who spoke nice English. Possible to walk dogs on green area. Parking free of charge in front of hotel. Lot of shopping possibilities in walking distance.

Breakfast was nice, but sausages are fuhh for me. No AC in room, but luckily window do open and it was cool outside.

Hotel Great Polonia was a great Hotel to stop over - we had previously booked with the Hilton Garden at Krakow Airport but they were very expensive for one night stop over. Hotel Polonia price was perfect for the family and the restaurant evening meal was great. The room had a double bed upstairs and double bed dowstairs. There is plenty of safe parking with the airport being only 10 minutes away. This Hotel was great from all respects.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was super convenient, especially for catching an early flight. The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, and everything ran seamlessly. The highlight of my stay was definitely the restaurant – the food was really nice. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Overall, it was a relaxing stay regardless early flight. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place near the airport!
