The comfiest bed ever, even a microwave in the room, which is a big bonus. Friendly staff. Everything you need nearby, hair and nail salons, massive shopping centre across the road and only 15 min drive from Krakòw old town. 15 minutes walk to the train, taking you to the airport in 10 min. They also have an Italian restaurant on the premises with amazing fire-stone pizzas and can make it vegan 😋 ...and did I mention free parking?

If you drive or take a taxi, make sure you enter the other Hotel Great Polonia Conrad's address, otherwise the Google Map takes you and taxi to the wrong side of the estate with barriers (two locations) and access only for residents. It was a bit annoying as the taxi was waiting elsewhere and I couldn't find them easily.

Very good soundproofing - noise from trains, planes and cars effectively blocked. Electric blinders and almost-blackout curtains. AC for cooling and ventilation. Plenty of working space and good WiFi for online work. Tea kettle and microwave. Soap, shower gel and tissues in the bathroom. Drinking water dispensers in common areas. Free garage or outside parking. Shopping centres and grocery stores nearby. Please follow the hotel’s arrival directions and turn off the street at the Shell station - there is an access lane to the hotels parallel to the street. Or you will have to go around if you miss the turning point.

Shower is still the problem - water is very hot and not possible to adjust to adequate temperature.

Check in was very simple. Stayed in room 123 on the 1st floor. I was given a physical metal key for the room "just incase" which I found odd. Then found out that the key card wasn't working to unlock the door. Odd choice not to fix the system. Room spotless and very welcoming. As most hotels are the bed was two singles pushed together but one side was incredibly noisy and slanted which was disappointing. Shower was unreal, so powerful and really refreshing. I was fortunate that the water dispenser was outside of my room and I also was pleased that the place wasn't noisy. Polish only channels on the TV and no apps unfortunately. Overall very happy just wish the bed was a little comfier. Underground secure parking is such a bonus.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, which truly exceeded my expectations! While not located in the center of Krakow, the location is perfect — ideal for both drivers and those relying on public transport. Plus, it’s incredibly convenient for getting to the airport quikly, making travel stress-free. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. I recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking comfort, outstanding service, and a great overall stay!

Everything was just perfect!

Stylish and modern room with super comfortable bed, properly working A/C, light blocking curtains, nice internet connection, even sink and microwave oven in a mini kitchen , which is very comfortable: to buy lunch box at Zhabka, warm it up at the room and don’t spend extra money for a cafe. Free parking. Closed and quiet area. In 15 minutes walk there is a large shopping area with Auchan and many brand shops . 15 mins driving to the old town.

It would be great if a minimum set of cutlery and kitchenware (plates) were provided. There is even an electric stove in the room but no pan or pot.

The hotel is new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no moquette inside the room. The breakfast has a lot of fresh products, both sweet and salty. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The food quality is good. I appreciate the fact that the hotel is eco-friendly.

I booked a room with a small kitchen inside but no kitchen tools. There was a problem in the restaurant. They were not able to serve alcohol. I tried for the first time a beer without alcohol. It surprised me, but it was good.

- As of July 2024, there is a construction site right outside of your window, although the sound proofing of the room is good, you will still hear construction noise, and you will have workers just outside of the window. I think that the hotel should be transparent about this fact upon booking and the price of the room should be lower because of that.

Excellent value for money. Lovely Italian restaurant on site. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff - my room card wouldn't work and a member of staff who was walking past let me in. Two minutes later another member of staff arrived with a new card and a key. Restaurant staff amazing. I've never seen anyone work so hard! Hotel is out of town next to a huge shopping centre, Uber is only £4 to centre of old town.

We were delighted by the exceptional service provided by the receptionist blonde lady. When we discovered the TV in our room wasn’t working, she promptly arranged for us to move to another room, all within less than 10 minutes. Additionally, the complimentary parking was a wonderful perk. The breakfast we paid for was truly worth every penny, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Is not about what I didn’t liked, but for the next guests, see the Conrad Hotel from the road, and just need go around and will find Conrad Comfort just behind, it’s easy.

Although directions to the hotel were provided, they were not easy to follow. I would recommend adding more precise street names and the name of the nearby gas station to the description. There is construction going on nearby, but it didn’t bother us as we left at 8:00 AM
