Easy to reach from airport day or night, just one bus change. Very clean and comfortable place, has all that you need. Spacious garden, comfy beds, leave luggage possible, kitchen, fridge, all perfect and clean.

No entry code is sent automatically via Booking message, Our flight landed around 23,30, we then made booking and went on bus at 00,20, and after booking was paid, host did not respond for some time to messages or calls,, we thought we will stay on the street. But by the time we arrived at the door, 01.00, the host picked up the phone and we were in, so all in all it was ok.

It's not about the facility or location, it's more about the people here. If you love meeting interesting and people with a heart of gold, come stay here.

If you prefer corporate-like commercial hostel you may not enjoy Willa

Easy to find, self check-in, kitchen, huge garden with plenty of sitting options. We are 2 females traveling together and we felt safe, which was amazing. Żabka shop right across the street. It has a great connection to the city center as well as the airport.

Other guests were loud and sometimes inconsiderate (but it's not the hostel's fault).

I liked the chill vibe there, especially the garden❤️, and some guests are nice. It was a pleasant stay with good memories!

Great hostel! Clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The internet is fast and stable. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Excellent location—within walking distance of the train station and city center. A perfect place to stay!

Wonderful, clean hostel with good staff and backyard. They even offer free coffee and tea! Probably the best low cost place to stay in Krakow.

Great hostel located about 1 km from the old town, very walkable. The room was very comfortable, great bed, strong wifi, very clean bathrooms, showers and kicthen. Owner let us store our luggage before and after check-in. Nice big and peaceful garden to sit outside in and enjoy you meals. Great experience, I would happily stay here again!

Really central location; close to the main railway/bus station and about 20 mins walk from the city centre. The wifi worked super well and the bed was really comfy. The staff were really nice and allowed me to store my luggage there before check in and after check out. There is a kitchen and lockers with their own lock in the room.

There is not much bad about this property at all. I had a bit of trouble checking in as they are supposed to send you all the information beforehand, but I was never contacted, so I had to wait around for someone to come and check me in.
