Great helpful, friendly and unobtrusive staff; interior, good breakfast, modern reconstruction

Because of the old floors, I’ve heard creaking all night long, it was as horrible as if someone was walking inside my room. Well, next time I will ask for a room with a garden view, because mine “double superior with balcony” had windows to the street, where was noisy. I had to close all the windows at night, so it was choice between fresh air or silence.

The hotel is at very good location. If i remember right, the main train station is 20 min walk, similar with the old city and the main square. Having a balcony was also quite nice. All in all, I have no objections. Good pick if you arrive with the train and want just to explore around on foot (or using the train to explore the tourist locations in the area around Krakow) without using public transport inside the city. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable in overall. The hotel itself offers breakfasts, but there are plenty of opportunities to grab something to eat in the morning along the way wherever you might go. Plenty of shops/groceries around that allow you to buy something even quite late at night.

It's a fair walk into the old centre of the town. Not a problem for me, but for people who don't like walking, they will need to get their walking shoes on - unless they can understand how the public transport works.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offered us a complimentary drink and croissants when we checked in. There was also complimentary mineral water/tea/coffee in the room. The rooms are nice, nicely decorated, and have very nice air conditioning which can be controlled by each room individually. The location is good, within walking distance of old town, and close to some tram stops. The hotel breakfast was also good, and there is a nice patio location to sit outside as well. The cleaning staff were also all very friendly.

I don't have any complaints.

The apartment is really spacious and well set-up. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the basics. The staff was very nice and even though apparently there is a weight limit for dogs (I think 15 kg) they made an exception and let us stay with our larger dog. The bed was comfortable. Big sitting area with couch and table. They provided a water bowl and dog toy, which was a cute touch!

No AC, but the apartment stayed pretty cool during the day and there was a fan. The location was about 15-20 minute walk from Old Town. Not a great location if you want to be in the center of the action, as there aren't so many restaurants/bars, but is really ideal if you want a quieter and less busy area.

Although a bit further from the Old Town, the apartment was great, stylish and comfortable. Kids enjoyed it so much they called it their Krakow home and wanted to stay there forever. :) Very thoughtful of the staff was to deduce that it was very hot at night and to bring in an extra fan for the master bedroom. The secret patio to enjoy some drinks in the evening was also exquisite.

Just a minor setback - bathroom didn't have a lock.

Room is really great and comfortable. There was a good hairdryer, comfortable beds, and even a long shoehorn. Guys at the reception are friendly and always happy to help.

-Creaky floorboards, when people walk in the other room you also hear this creaky sound. - the next claim is not to the staff, but to the hotel rule in general. The room has a minibar for which, of course, you have to pay if you ate or drank something from it. when you check out, they ask you whether you took something or not from the minibar, and then they go to check in the room. firstly, it’s a waste of time, because when you check out from the hotel, sometimes you rush to the train / plane, etc., and secondly, it shows a little distrust of the guests - the double bed is actually not big, but consists of two beds and the beds are slightly different in level, so you won’t be able to sleep in the middle

Clean and spacious room, with convenience stores nearby. An easy 20-25 minutes walk from the central station through residential areas. Friendly staff on reception.

On a Friday night, the place was hosting many younger people who were running around the hallways until 10pm and from 8am. Further, noise from the street outside occurred from around 5am. Better place for heavier than light sleepers.

The location was ideal for my purpose of stay, it was right next to the hospital where my sick mother was hospitalized. The staff were amazing , so friendliness and helpful!

The first room I had was street side that’s noisy but after that I moved to an apartment and that was better.
