The location is excellent – easy access to many places, close to the Old Town and the main train station. Breakfast was decent; I could enjoy a relaxed meal before work with both hot and cold options. On request, the lady at the kitchen prepared a delicious scrambled egg for me, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and felt a bit cramped, but the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine, though also quite small. Cleaning was available upon request. Overall, a very good choice for 1–2 nights. Great value for the price. I will definitely come back during my next stay in Kraków.

Not too far away for main city/old town around 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute scooter journey, great food areas around the hotel a local Italian restaurant i frequently visited during my 4 night stay, a local shop 2 minutes away for all needs. As a solo traveller, the room was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful,answering any and all questions asked. Tea and coffee amenities in the front entrance for a casual drink either in the morning or at night.

Friendly staff, I loved how nice and polite everyone was. Cozy rooms (even though on a smaller side) - but it’s more than enough for one person! AC worked, fridge too. Comfy bed. Nice and private location, quiet. Close to the city center - in a walking distance. Good choice of food for breakfast. Reasonable pricing.

If a couple is traveling, it might be not enough space. But, maybe, the hotel has some bigger rooms.

Nice small room with a desk. Great for a solo traveller and a decent location. Hot drinks facilities downstairs. Had fridge in room. Shower and toilet were really good I thought. Nice lounge downstairs. Open 24-7 the check in desk.

No microwave or kettle in room but can make tea coffee downstairs.

We ran out of milk at breakfast so needs milk cartons to be available if not manned by the staff.

Great location - 20min walking to city centre. Room was clean, cozy, not so big but i was very surprised. Great, cheap option if you want to just sleep there for few nights.

The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. City centre only a little walk away with lots of charming cafes in the area.
