I had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Self-check in/check out which was very convenient, and location was great - close to the tram and bus stops. The host was good with communication - always quick to respond and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience.

No dishwasher and a little noisy because of the tram stop nearby. For those with heavy luggage and mobility issues it could be a challenge because the building doesn't have a lift but this was mentioned in the description.

The apartment was clean and exactly as we hopef and expected. The place is perfectly located on a silent street with less than a 10-minute walk from the centre. The bed as well was cozy to guarantee a good sleep. Pluspoints for the check-in that was done with a pin-code we received in beforehand, so it wasn’t necessary to do a check-in with staff. Alltogether a great stay!

There could have been salt, pepper & oil in the kitchen in our opinion, however this is a minor point that didn‘t bother us much in the end.

Very good quiet location close to city center and with good public transport connection to the airport. Decent selection of breakfast meals, and everything we tried was very tasty.

This particular room could've done with at least a small wardrobe (there are only a few open shelves). Also we were really sad that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, so we couldn't try the food and wine (judging by the breakfast, I bet it would've been excellent!)

The whole apartment was spotless and had everything you'd possibly need, the bed was extremely comfortable! The location was brilliant, just a 20 minute walk to Old Town, and a beautiful park right down the road! Trams, buses and Taxis are all very accessible from the building

even though there is a manager to call if needed I would of still preferred face to face contact with some one during my stay to ask any questions

Clean Apartment and all what you need is near the Supermarkit and the old Town of Krakow only 1 ride also good restaurants. Good value for Money,normally the cheack in time 2:00 noon time.I talk to the Host if possible we can check in earlier becouse @12:00 noon he accept also to deposit our Language while we waiting the Apartment get ready.Thank so much for understanding with us and If we planned to visit again I choise this Apartment.100 percent perfekt

I hadn't realised I'd booked a small room so.check the square meterage when booking. We were disappointed with the size of the room and it was dirty l and complained so we got an upgrade. The upgrade was much bigger with kitchen facilities (only had a kettle and microwave in the first room and could barely walk around the bed it was so cramped).

As previously mentioned the room was small (expecting studio apartment), unfortunately there were hairs on the bed (both long and short) and the sheet had holes in it, there was also a dirty fork amongst the cutlery. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade as I wasn't happy at the start. The owner messaged me straight away to arrange the upgrade and it was sorted very quickly. The reviews are based on the upgrade.room

I like everything in the apartment. We had all what we needed and more. Very comfy bed and pillows. Flat was clean and warm. We definitely come back 😊

No lift made it difficult to get to 4th floor flat with suitcases but that's the only small issue we had.

The location was almost perfect.

The cleanliness’s wasn’t that good, it was some places where they hesitated. In the bathroom there was a continuos bad smell.

Very good appartments! Well cituated close to centre, parks and various small shops. Appartments have everything required for long vacations. Incredibly friendly staff, ready to solve any problem and provide the necessary advice. Very original style for all - appartments, Wine Garage and Open Space coworking place. Saved in my favourites and highly recommended for everyone who going to visit Krakow.

Good location clean and tidy separate spare bed in lounge was good lovely and quite. Tram stop at the end of the street giving access to the whole town. Shop and takeaway in walking distance.

The sink in the bathroom had been damaged previously and the tap was loose. Could do with a toaster.
