I liked the décor of the room and the quality of food for breakfast. For the price it was a bargain and the room even had A/C. In the UK one cannot even dream about the quality and service I got from this hotel at the same price. Oh, I will be coming back for sure.

Nothing really. The smell of the room shortly after I entered it for the first time was not appealing, but I opened the window and all was good. Also I was told that car parking needs to be booked well in advance, but there is street parking outside that costs roughly ~£8 (~45 zł) for a day, so not bad. Drunk hotel guests were a little bit of annoyance, but you get the same back here at Blighty.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and was just as happy with my experience as the first. It’s a small and comfortable place with a peaceful location, yet still within walking distance of the Old Town. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes — the dessert selection is especially wonderful! If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add more fresh greens and vegetables, but overall the breakfast is excellent.

Not really a minus, just something to note — parking spaces are limited and quite small, and an advance reservation is needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind—almost too kind! They went out of their way to accommodate us, even preparing lunchboxes for us since we had to leave early before breakfast started. One morning, we accidentally came down to the breakfast area 30 minutes before the official start time. Instead of telling us we were too early, the staff member hurried to get everything ready for us. We almost felt sorry for him because he was so eager to help! The room was also good, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great as well—situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance of Krakow’s city center. Overall, a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the incredibly kind staff.

Wonderful welcome from a very helpful receptionist. Both receptionists were amazing. Breakfast was wonderful - a great selection and great service.

Unfortunately, our first night was spoiled by a very noisy person in the room next door who had the TV on full volume throughout the night. At 3am I went down to reception and the receptionist took 3 attempts to wake up the person and get them to turn the TV off. But by this time my sleep had been badly impacted which meant I was very tired for my first day. That said, the receptionist did all she could to address the situation.

This is one great little hotel located in a peaceful neighbourhood close to the city centre. Location is apsolutely priceless, you are 20 min of walking away from the main square, you can also take a tram, but we opted for walking, since the weather was fine and it was a pleasant walk through the streets of the amazing city of Krakow. Hotel is clean and cozy, it provides free private parking, it has a beautiful small terrace where you can take your morning coffee. Peaceful, pleasant, lots of trees, birds singing and chirping, quiet. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. WiFi works well! Just great!

We liked the room, and the place, because it is really close to the center (around 15-20 minutes walking). The breakfast is good. The stuff was nice.

In this period of year chestnuts were falling. Onto the cars that were staying on the parking place. And to have the parking place you need to book it beforehand (so you’d better keep that in mind) And small elevator (we have a child with disability)

Clean room queit place, not very far for center. You could walk to it in about 15-20min. Breakfast table small, but was enought and tasty.

We reserved parking spot way before our arrival,but unfortunatelly they have only 3 spots for guests. The evening we arrived they said that in the morning we will have a spot, but we didn't get it. They then said that in the evening it will be available, but wasn't... Only good part about that was that next to hotel parking is 4.zl/h and we had to pay only from 10h to 20h. As we during days drived our car we didn't had to pay a lot.

A small hotel near the center of Krakow offers great accessibility and a calm atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were generous. The rooms were clean and stylish—an ideal choice for a short city break.

The bathroom was very small. The breakfast selection could have included more sweet options.

I had a wonderful stay at Grottger Luxury Boutique Hotel City. Everything was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood beside a park, staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are lovely and clean. Short walk to trams and buses to get in and out to the city.

Rooms were nice but unfortunately beds and pillows are not very comfortable and not kind to your body after a long day exploring the city😕 this could be improved on for guests.
