Location. 15 minutes walk to the main square. Lots of small stores nearby to buy water, snacks and so on, open late. Easy to get to a bus, also easy to find a parking. The reception was open til late (mabye even all night), very friendly och serviceminded. Clean nice room, comfortable beds. Smooth system to get the breakfast.

The only thing that could have been better was some variation inside the breakfast bag. If you stay there for some nights it gets a bit boring to have the same every morning. But it was good.

Everything was as declared. There is a supermarket 30 seconds away from the hostel, very convenient. There is free coffee and tea in the shared kitchen.

Nothing major. The door of our room would shake a bit if other doors were slammed by other guests. We only received one large towel each, which is maybe too little for a 3 nights stay. The bed sheets were two separate single sheets for a double bed, which was weird but not really an issue.

Good location, very helpful staff. Small but nice and clean room, great bathroom. It's called a hostel but it feels like a simple hotel.

Breakfast in a bag is lame and it was difficult to get coffee with milk :) . I was in a room just next to the staircase, and I could hear people going up and down. Some guests were also very noisy during the night.

Amazing staff and fast check-in. There is fast elevator, which is always nice. Our room was large and the beds were comfy enough. Breakfast was ready on time and it was nice (apple, bun with cheese and pepper, biscuit and white yoghurt and also 0,5l water). We also had a coffee in the common kitchen which was large for many people. Be aware of parking - there is only public parking and it costs 4 PLN/hour and is paid from Monday to Saturday 10:00-20:00.

The room was big enough for a family of 4, comfortable beds. In the lounge it was a space dedicated to kids with toys and paper and crayons. On the floor we had a kitchen well equipped. The TV in the room had Netflix and Youtube. In the morning we received a breakfast bag with a sandwich, cookie, yogurt, a bottle of water and an apple.

The room was clean and so was the shared kitchen. Nice warm room and a the hostel has a pretty view over a park! Wifi works well. Though the hostel is not very sound proof, the streets in the area were calm. Public transportation right outside.

The curtains did not cover the window completely, it's a minor detail that could easily be fixed and would make a difference. Also some guests were noisy in the corridor after 22:00 were there are supposed to be silent hours, I wish the staff would react to that. In general, the staff we met at the reception upon arrival did not seem very well equipped for the job. First they entered a lot of wrong information, they put me and my partners information in a wrong booking. It was not until the very end where the dates did not match either, that she realised it was a mistake. Also there were no towels in the room when we arrived, the same staff said they would bring it, but never did, so we had to go ask them twice.

Very comfy hostel. The private rooms are really nice and comfortable with all the needed amenities. This was a very nice surprise as it was our first time here. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I found strange is the policy of the Hostel that has several internal rules including fines for noise (which I couldn't understand where it is based..if on complaints for people staying or what). In any case, the soundproof of the rooms is less then desirable but it was not a problem for us.

I liked how big and spacious the rooms were. The staff was great, and the location is great too. I would recommend this place if you're coming to visit Krakow for a short trip. :)

It is a minor thing. But the bathroom could perhaps use some cabinets/ tables so that the guests can put their bathroom utensils there instead of the main room.

The location is a walking distance away from the train station or a short trip by public transport. The hallways were not in the best shape, but not exactly dirty. The shared kitchen had all necessary facilities and an honour system for storage. The room was clean and included all necessities.

Given the temperature during summer (on the 4th floor) it would be nice if some AC system would be added (currently replaced by a singular table fan).

It was calm, other people were respectful, it felt safe. Location is really great! Close enough to the old center that you can walk there but far enough for it to be calm and that you can get a view into every day life of Krakowians

The doors looked a bit sketchy when we came but we didn't have any issues. Room was smaller than it was on the photos on booking but still the same more or less
