The hotel was new and clean. The atmosphere was magical, especially in the morning when u were having breakfast and around everything was green. Definitely will stay again in the future.

Sometimes, I could hear neighbors . The walls are thin, and because of that, i heard someone sneezing

The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. Excellent location for walking to the main square. Excellent breakfast great variety and choice of food. Gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained. The room was clean and nicely decorated and had everything that you required. Would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely book again.

The reception booked a taxi for my return journey to the airport and I paid it to the hotel On arrival the taxi driver asked for payment again but I refused to pay again and told him to contact the hotel to confirm that it had been paid. He did but there seems to be a miscommunication or the taxi driver was just trying to get payment again. I could not blame or fault the hotel but was not happy being asked to pay taxi fare again.

After 8 years, I returned to this hotel with high expectations—and I’m happy to say it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is just as welcoming and comfortable as I remembered, and everything from the cleanliness to the service was excellent. The only small downside was that our hairdryer didn’t work, and unfortunately, reception informed us that there were no spare hairdryers available. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn’t a major issue, but I would expect staff to be prepared for such situations with a backup on hand. That said, it was still a lovely stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you for maintaining such great standards over the years!

This hotel was great for the price. Good location and it was very convenient to book the parking, totally recommend.

While I 100% realize this is totally our fault, however we had very bad incident. We have forgotten branded expensive belt in the room on check out, called to the hotel a day after and asked if they have found the belt. We were ready to pay any money for delivery or anything, unfortunately the answer was - no, the belt was not found. Considering the brand and the fact we are 100% sure we could leave it only in the hotel during that trip, it is evident that cleaners found it and just took it. This was very sad experience for us and I consider this as a theft. Again, I totally understand this is our fault that we have forgotten the item in the room, however I consider this as a stolen item.

The reception was open 24/7 which was very convenient during our check-out before taking a late night flight. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the design was very nice but the main highlight is the breakfast was AMAZING! We enjoyed the diversity and the flavors and everything was a delight. Definitely a great experience.

The location was within a 10-15 minutes walk distacnce from city centre and there is no public transportation near by so we had to get there by walking. Also, we were a bit disappointed by the check in process with a certain receptionist who gave us a different room then what we asked for prior to our arrival. However the manager was nice and made efforts to resolve it and compensate us for the misunderstanding

I just loved the breakfast!!! This is the best breakfast I have had in all of my trips. They had such varied options, catering to the needs of people who don't necessarily eat sweet early in the morning. They had plenty of savory options such as exotic salads, cottage cheese, tomatoes and cheese etc. As a person who is calculated about the sugar intake, this variety in the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Plus loved the fact that this breakfast came free for a reasonable price of the room. Already decided I am going to stay here next time I visit Krakow :) Thanks Art & Garden Residence for the warmth and exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The good breakfast was a perfect way to start the day, with a variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel is in a unique location in the city, offering both convenience and charm. The friendly staff made the experience even better, always ready to help with a smile. I was particularly pleased with the private parking spot, which is such a bonus as parking can be difficult to find in the city. It’s also just a roughly 15-minute walk to the city center, which was ideal for exploring. The nice room was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were a few downsides. The hallway was noisy, and the rooms are definitely not soundproof, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Though the breakfast was great, and there were a lot of special items on the menu, some of them were a bit too unusual for my taste – not my cup of tea. And speaking about tea and coffee, I was disappointed to find that they don’t serve latte or cappuccino, which I typically enjoy in the morning.

The room was really comfortable, comfy bed and spotless clean bathroom. The breakfast room was really cosy and the breakfast itself was exceptional, plenty of choices and very tasty. Location-wise it's only 10 mins by walk from the station and 10 mins to the city centre.

We enjoyed our stay very much but just one thing I'd like to suggest. We had a room with the balcony but we didn't enjoy it very much as it's a massive balcony shared with all the other rooms - maybe you could use better dividers as the existing ones aren't doing the job much, in terms of privacy.

Lovely hotel just north of the old town garden perimeter about 10 mins walk from the Main Square. Very relaxed, lovely breakfast, great beds and super bathrooms. Receptionists were all lovely, very friendly and helpful.

We would have possibly used the restaurant at some point, the garden it overlooks is lovely and we sat there for coffee one afternoon. But, have to say, there wasn't much info about the restaurant and the menu was confusing. Also there was no coffee service or menu for the garden, however, the friendly receptionist made us a lovely coffee when we asked... Do I think they could make more of this!!

The room was small but perfectly acceptable. We had a nice little balcony and the room was cleaned every day. Hotel was modern and welcoming and only a 15 minute walk into the old town.

There was no milk in the room for hot drinks only powdered creamer which was not suitable for tea. The breakfast was not great. Not a lot of choice. Barely any hot food or vegetarian options and no fresh juice or fruit otherthan sliced orange.
