This hotel has an excellent location, with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly. Thank you.

The room only provided one face and hand towel for 4 people, which was inconvenient. However, everyone had their own larger towel for showering. The street outside was noisy due to cars, public transport, and other noises, making it impossible to sleep with an open window. Earplugs were provided, but with a closed window, it was hot to sleep because there was no air conditioning. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I didn't take breakfast from here .. because I am from Punjab India..I did breakfast from Indian restaurant.. but in room kitchen available.there we can ready for me tea or coffee. Freezer.. oven.stove everything is ok ... good location...big room with attached bathroom..

I didn't find here reception.and any person for help while time of entry.because some time new person from new country difficulties for opening doors find out rooms and some other obstacles.. which person attended phone...he was not good and supportive....he was showing his different type attitude like from poor villager type.....he was not good.. according property.

Great location, superb staff. Definetly worth every single cent. Rooms are cleaned daily and overall cleanliness is kept at really high level. Even though the apartments are in the city centre, room was really quiet and we had our peace. Breakfast were above average, quite nice actually. Smaller diversity of foods, but all of the provided had good quality.

The only thing I found problematic was the speed of toilet flushing- sometimes had to flush twice. Also there was a dent on the shower head.

Polite hotel staff, the room was clean and cosy. Location is excellent. I like very much that they have preserved and emphasised the historicity of the building.

The doors are beautiful and antique. Lovely but not as a front door. At night light from the corridor came in from large gaps at the top and bottom of the doors. Of course and the audibility is high. That's the only thing not really liked.

Good breakfast but it was not clear how to use the appliances or where to find the things. There's a guy helping and showing people to the room and he's very nice.

As in many hotels in KRK now, the key has to be picked up somewhere else. The room is quite small for it's price. The window couldn't be closed entirely but the heating was on so I didn't suffer for sleeping, just for hanging in the room.

Nice, big clean room, well equipped, comfy beds.

Reception located at the opposite side of the street, inner yard can be noisy at early morning. In order to get there it's required to open four doors (reminds me Fort Boyard). The furniture & TV were rather old. Pillows needs to be replaced!

Great location, very clean and easy check-in/check out. Clear instructions provided as to where the reception was located (I had booked a suite across the road). Very close to local shops and the main market square was a 10 min walk.

Only minor issue, the door to the room had no latch/peep hole so if someone knocked you couldn't see who it was without fully opening the door (solo traveller).

Room was very spacious and clean, quite loud but they offered free earplugs and I slept great.

I would have preferred having reception in the building but it was across the road. No huge issue but just feels like better security too when there’s someone there

Location is great, there is everything needed in the room. The staff were really nice, they helped with the baggage and guided to the room.
