Everything... location was excellent near Old town (couple minutes walking) and also shopping center, food market and train station. We made train trip to Zakopane and I can really recommend this kind of day trip to Tatra mountains. Breakfast (7-10) was very good in a Atrium hotel just across the street. Apartment was fully equipped and spacious even in our Sydney apartment, which I think was one of the smallest. We arranged airport transfer for both directions via AGA and everything went fine. Price was only about 150 zl to direction and cars were spacious for three people with luggages, pickups were just in time. AGA's stuff was super kind, we managed to get early check-in, they also spoke better English than me, fortunately we understood each other. I truly recommend AGA, if visiting in Krakow.. Some tips for Krakow general. If you can't get online tickets to the Oscar Schindler's museum, queing time can be really long. For us it was about 2.5 hours even we were there quite early. You can also make day trip or longer to Zakopane by train. First class is almost as cheap than second class. ICE and IC travel time is about 2 hours 15 minutes. Cristina restaurant was excellent in Zakopane. You need to book Auschwitz trips beforehand, because they are extremely popular. There is also little bit walking to do... We really liked visiting in Banksy museum, also in Czartoryski museum were is one of the Leonardo Vinci's works. This museum is very close to the AGA. We stayed in Krakow one week and ate in many different restaurants, our favorites were Old town, because I am gluten free like almost their whole menu, and also Pod Baranem (gluten free pierogies and other local foods, book table), Starka (very popular and small, book table) and Pimiento for steaks. Our favorite cafe were Singer in Kazimierz. Uber works fine in Krakow.

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location - easy to walk to the old town and main square. A short walk from the main train station too, so it was easy to get a train from/to the airport. You must visit the Pinball Museum - lots of pinball machines and arcade games to play - for kids and grown up kids - great fun!!

The shower was not draining. My husband worked out how to take the cover off the drain and clean it out. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while, lol

This property was central to everywhere in krakow! It was a walk away from everywhere! Very safe building, the apartment itself was absolutely amazing inside. We stayed in the Wimbledon one with the sauna which was also a great facility to have in the apartment! We had the most amazing time in such a beautiful city, when we go back to krakow we will definitely be booking here again. Also the very kind lady at the reception who greeted upon arrival, when we arrived very early in the morning after having an early flight was lovely. She made sure the apartment was ready and we were able to go straight to our apartment to get a rest! Thank you for making our stay so lovely! 5 Stars without a doubt👏

The location was excellent, a short walking distance to the old town and also to the main train station (with a direct train to the airport). The staff was very accommodating and the apartment was very, very nice: modern and had everything we needed. We also received a bed and high chair for our baby, which was really nice - both were confirmed by the staff right after booking the apartment, so there was no stress at all about availability of baby beds and such.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location. We lived in a Dubai apartment. Very clean, very comfortable, very nicely designed and thinking about all the small details, equipped with everything you need. The service was excellent and with a smile and willingness to help with any question and fulfill any request. Very comfortable beds, white and clean sheets and towels, there is a large and comfortable closet + lots of storage space.

There is no elevator to the apartment, you have to climb some stairs with luggage. There is only one air conditioner in the living room and the kitchen that also cools the bedroom, but only if the door to the room is left open.

The apartment was spacious and well set up with everything that one could need for an extended stay in Krakow. The receptionist (Marika?), was very professional, helpful and so accommodating for the whole time I was there. She even brought my luggage personally to my room after being without it due to airline delays/missed connections. The location is perfect - great food market, cafes, restaurants, transport hub and of course all the attractions close by..

The only negative is that if there are people sitting in courtyard below the noise travels up. There were some very noisy people for most of the afternoon on my last night.

The apartment is in superior location; few minutes walk to old city. It’s clean and tidy with good facilities. The breakfast is delivered to the rooms from a previously selected menu; enough quantity per person. Outstandingly, is the staff; very helpful, supportive, friendly and respectful. The parking should be reserved in advance; limited number. Finally, we liked the free use of the laundry. Overall, it was an excellent choice and highly recommend.

No daily housekeeping which could be offered by request

The location was perfect to access the city centre only five minutes walk to the main square and there was a little market just a few minutes away which was very handy. Sylwia who greeted us was just fantastic and very helpful with lots of information on places to visit, etc.

My wife and I chose a the Sweet breakfast one morning and the Fit breakfast on the two others, I thought that the fit breakfast needed either more Yogurt or Milk or even Kefir as it was quite dry.

The apartment was clean and cosy. The crockery, cutlery, bed linen and towels were enough and new. The breakfast was perfect and the location is 5 minutes to walk to the downtown.

We had small troubles with a parking spot finding and breakfast vouchers in the first morning but a call to the manager solved everything. The second point is that the apartment does not suit to family staying. We booked the property for the 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids and there was definitely not enough room for our family. There one queen bed and one couch. Also the suit contained only two chairs at the dining table .

We liked the decor of the room and that it contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked the proximity of the train station and the availability of restaurants near the hotel. The staff who we met was very nice and after we checked it, showed us up to the room.

The room was perfect for a short stay and we intend on returning soon. The room is not very comfortable for working on the computer. The desk is in the bedroom so I can't work while she is sleeping and the chairs in the kitchen are not comfortable for sitting for an extended period of time.
