Wanted to have a convenient location for getting in/out of Krakow for a business trip. It's just a 15 min. walk from the main train station, and also to get into the old town square. They have free self-serve coffee (which isn't bad TBH), tea and cookies. I liked it enough staying there the first night that I booked them again a few nights later for my return trip home!

There's no reception and staff on-site - though I found them quickly responsive via Booking's app chat. You get a code to a lockbox to get your keys, so I didn't have any needs requiring someone to be there (and perhaps they'd come by if you write them on chat?), but I would say that a downside to this is that it's not possible to leave your luggage there (maybe they'd let you if you ask?). I also found the 10am checkout a bit early for my own plans, but it's also reasonable enough for most needs I think,

Everything was perfect and well beyond our expectations! We booked a triple room for a family trip, and Bartek welcomed us with great kindness and a delightful welcome buffet. All communications were quick and efficient, and Bartek kindly allowed us a late check-out due to an issue with our train reservation. Thank you so much, Bartek! The room was impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort, and we had a wonderful stay. The location of the property is excellent, being close to both the city center and the main train station, so while there are several nearby public transport stops, you can easily get around on foot. Highly recommended!

I won't repeat much from my previous review, but having liked the place a few nights before, I chose to book them again on my return trip. I would add that this second time I discovered that it's conveniently just a 5 min. walk to reach the bus stop for the #152 bus to thereafter catch the #300 bus to the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well.

As I wrote before, having no on-site reception is a shame, but they're so responsive via Booking app chat that I suspect most issues would get resolved soon anyway.

Even before we arrived, the hotel staff were extremely helpful with a couple of specific requests. This included helping to arrange transfers from/to the airport and arranging for a car to take us to Auschwitz. During our stay, the staf were engaging and very helpful. As for the hotel, absolutely beautiful - we have stayed in 4/5 star hotels that were not a good and well presented as Aparthotel Maria. The room was light and airy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect - close to multiple trams routes (the very best way to get around Krakow) and the Old Town. Although we did not need it, the railway station is only a short walk away.

Nothing - the hotel is excellent .. we would give it 11 out of 10 if we could.

A pleasure to walk into this property after a very hot train journey. A beautiful building with lots of character, but also very welcome mod cons such as air conditioning! Room was clean, spacious and beds very comfortable. Appreciated the free tea/coffee and snacks in the corridor outside. Perfect location just outside the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

There was a bit of noise from the trams directly outside, but easily solved by earplugs!

Clean and easy walking distance from main Krakow railway station. Free coffee and biscuits outside rooms on first floor. Easy access via instructions to obtain keys from keyboard outside.

There was a stainmark on my bedsheet which was off putting. No staff anywhere. People banging their doors closed late at night and very early in the morning. Slightly dated appearance and lights are on a timed switch so keep going off too quickly, eg trying to enter room from hallway and lights went off as I fumbled with the keys at night

Location is superb -less than 5 minute walk from the centre Host was very welcoming and the room was comfortable with a small balcony and tea making facilities and biscuits and sweets and drink making facilities just outside room. Room very clean with good shower .

Nothing really although if you have mobility issues stairs could be a problem

Comfortable apartment room in great location minutes from the centre. Hosts were very helpful and left a welcome drink when we arrived and with plenty of clean towels and bedding provided. Room and apartment overall clean and well furnished with small balcony to sit out on. Bathroom a comfortable size.

No lift but few older apartments have them and as we were on the first floor the stairs were not a problem The apartment block was only 2 floors high anyway

It was a 6 minute walk from the gate to the Old Town, and in front of a tram stop as well--which made getting around krakow a breeze. The host was welcoming, responsive and friendly--really liked the free coffee and the water that is readily available!

You can hear the horses clip clopping outside the window if you get the apartment facing the street, but that pretty much stopped at 11pm, so it's not a huge deal

Extremely clean, cool, and peaceful. The host was super accommodating and answered quickly, helped us with our luggage and all. Superb. Location was also perfect.

A small fridge would have been useful, perhaps something to consider adding. But the stay was superb without it too!
