This was our best stay in Kraków and we have already been to several apartments and hotels in this city. Apartment and building is new and the apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very professional. We had a nice rest and we would love to stay again and will recommend.

The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished with everything needed to live comfortably as if you were at home, including a kitchen and washing machine. The layout is perfect and the furniture and appliances are like new. The location is fantastic -- within walking distance of the Old Town and Krakow Glowny/Galeria Krakowska -- but very quiet during the day and night. Martin, the manager, is incredibly friendly and took a lot of time to learn what my interests were in Krakow and offer appropriate advice. He is a wealth of knowledge about the city and was always eager to provide recommendations, including for sights, restaurants, etc. that are not in the tourist guides. I have been living almost exclusively in hotels/apart-hotels for nearly a year now and this is hand's down one of the very best apart-hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world because of both the quality of the accommodations and service. I look forward to staying here again on a return visit to Krakow.

It was beyond expectations, everything was perfect, clean and a very friendly and welcoming staff. I had problem with water kittle, and it was replaced in a minute, and not only that. I received a coffee machine (With great quality coffee which the receptionist personally bought and brought ) for free.

This apartment was impeccable. The apartment is beautifully designed and has a luxurious finish. The location is also excellent, being just a few minutes away from main shopping centre. We had two single beds and a sofabed - all were extremely comfortable. The kitchen-dining-living area is air-conditioned. The apartment contains good-quality sturdy furniture. All of the staff we spoke to were so welcoming and friendly! Their hospitality and authenticity was truly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. We also really appreciated the fact that we could access our room a bit earlier as it was available. Travelling with kids, this was a true blessing. The property also has luggage storage in large lockers in the reception area which was also an added bonus. We left our luggage here and picked it up later in the afternoon. We cannot recommend this place enough, and will surely stay here again when we visit Krakow in the future!

This is a very nice and quite property that exceeded our expectations by the size of the apartment, staff kindness and their recommendations. It is very conveniently located. There is a reception available which makes the check in and check out really smooth. Also, the luggage can be stored in the locked boxes on the day of departure. The team is doing an excellent job. As I was travelling with an older person, I would have liked to know that this apartment is located on the third floor and no elevator is available. But this is a little detail, we have fully overcame.

We loved everything. Modern, spacious, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great central location near the Old Town but quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend their breakfast. It’s really good, with enough choices for different tastes. And we truly appreciated the service. Friendly and welcoming! Thank you, Sebastian, for taking good care of us.

Everything in the apartment was new and well-maintained. Daily cleaning service (uncommon in aparthotels) was impeccable. However, the standout feature was the reception staff's exceptional availability, professionalism, and kindness. I must give special recognition to Martin, who went above and beyond by professionally and attentively receiving my business contacts. His exceptional service truly exemplified the K4 commitment to excellence.

We liked absolutely everything. The apartment is really spacious and it has everything you might need in a house. We also received some recommendations related to restaurants and museums, which were also great. The communication went really smooth too.
