The location is perfect. The hotel lobby and room was absolutely impeccable and clean. The room was big and confortable. Breakfast was ok.

People in the reception no so kind but I saw the same no kindness at all in all the Polish people I asked questions or had a conversation with. It was like being in France were people are the same. Polish people have to be nicer, kinder and smile more, at least to toursit so we have the will to go back again to your country. It was really notorious the dryness and antipathy of polish people.

The moment that I was greeted by Veronica, my stay in Jordan Pokoje Gościnne was without a doubt perfect. The room was very comfortable, I liked especially the choice to open the window which opened during the day allowed fresh air and an electric fan was essential at night. The breakfast ticked all the boxes. Jordan Pokoje Gościnne has someone on reception 24/7 which is both comforting and secure. A very big thank you to Greg, he always greeted me with a smile and helped me with the krakow sightseeing tour. I have to mention Veronica for her daily friendliness and the packed lunch was brilliant. The ideal location from the main square was perfect if time was short. I really enjoyed my stay.

Large room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed with soft bedding so good night sleep. Room very quiet. Great location, less than 10 mins walk to the main square and close to train station and tram links.

Door to the room had no internal locking mechanism and shakes if the handle is moved (key card to tap into room releases the door). As a solo traveller this made me feel a little less safe, so used the chair in front of the door. No kettle in room. No way to turn off the bathroom light which feels a bit wasteful of electric.

Hotel was very well located close to the Old Town, several tram lines run close by and it is close to the main railway station. Reception staff were exceptional, very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and served in a really nice quaint dining room. Room was basic but clean and perfectly adequate for a holiday stay. The hotel has a nice public area where you can have a drink/coffee and relax. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this hotel is not for you however if you want a nice well located, comfortable and friendly place to stay you will not find better. We would stay here again.

You had to be early for breakfast to have the best choice, items were not fully replenished.

A comfortable, quiet room in a great location, only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the tram stops to other parts of the city. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was really stunning, like being in a library.

The breakfast selection would have benefited from a few extra options like muesli and my bathroom smelled a bit of bad drains.

Big nice room and bathroom. The continental breakfast offers a great variety of food. I'd suggest to add croissants and maybe a little bit more choice of cakes for those people who are not used to having salty breakfast. And it would be fantastic to have espresso or cappuccino, since the Hotel has its own bar. The only choice is between black coffee or tea.

The matresses and the pillow are not so comfy, a bit too soft and my pillow in particular was too flustered.

Breakfast was good, plenty on offer. Location was ok but for me was a little out of the way of things but was lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again whilst on a budget

There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room and the shower wasn’t quite hot enough but that is being picky

The guesthouse is not far located from Rynek Glowny, the typical and animated city centre of Krakow. At the ground floor there's a nice bar while at the basement floor there's a library where the staff serve a very good breakfast. The room was sunny and cooled by air conditioning system.

I booked a triple room. It was a double room with an extra bed that was small and noisy so not all of us were satisfied about the room...

This is a great hotel for a city break, Rooms was clean and tidy and really well presented.

The hotel decor needs brightening up, the breakfast there’s not much option - mainly egg based. The rooms had a really bad smells, I left our window open one day to try get clear of it and a member of staff went in our room and closed it whilst we was out for the day.

Great value for money, great location, breakfast was good . Staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Room had no air conditioning we did have a fan but it was still to warm . No tea and coffee facilities in room .
