Room was clean and tidy. Very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was very comfortable, location was great very easy to get access to buses and trains. Hosts were friendly too!

No lift, so be wary if you have issues carrying luggage up the stairs and no option to store luggage past 3pm. Not a huge issue as there are paid storage places close by but it adds a small complexity factor if check out is at 11am and you are staying around until later in the evening. Both of these factors would not impact my decision that I would stay again but thought it was worth a mention.

The accommodation was faultless.Very helpful staff and proprietor.So much so that there was a slight hiccup in our breakfast order which Piotra more than made up for the next morning excellent service,nothing was too much trouble.We will definitely stay there again when we next visit Krakow.The lounge apartments were in an ideal place for all amenities and the square. Would recommend the Walkative tour of Krakow.2 and a half hours.Brilliant.our guide was exceptional and very informative and funny. Also take a walk to the Jewish Ghetto and have a drink in the square..so peaceful. Also recommend PASAZ 13..you won't believe what is down the stairs. I cannot fault anything about the accommodation or Krakow itself.Will definitely be going back.

Very well located, right by the Old Town, but away enough that it was very peaceful and quiet. Piotr was very responsive when i would message for queries, so it was easy to communicate. The room was a lot more spacious than expected, and the temperature in the room was so cosy, compared to the very cold outside. Also, breakfast was served promptly and was delicious and filling!

I'm not sure if I missed it, or it wasn't stated, but there was no cleaning for the room during our entire stay – not necessarily a deal breaker though as we were only there for 4 days, but would've been nice to come back to a freshly cleaned room :) Another non-deal breaker was the 1 big bed were actually 2 separate beds joined together, so it would be a bit uncomfortable at times, but again, not a massive issue.

The room was very clean, and just what we needed for the weekend. The bathroom was big and there was adequate wardrobe/fridge space. Also, Lounge Apartments is situated in a great location right by the Old Town in Krakow therefore within walking distance from basically everything. The staff were nice and friendly and very good at communicating via text whenever there was an issue.

They room was lovely however there were a couple of things that could be improved: 1. the shower had a leaking door therefore a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor, 2. the double bed was two single beds pushed together, 3. the room that we did not quite look like the room in the photos on the Booking.com website when you book it. These are only a couple of small things that could have been improved in order to make our stay even better. On the whole, I was satisfied with our stay and would recommend to couples who are going on a city break to Krakow.

We arrived early, and it was no issue to leave our bags and return later when room was ready. Kitchen facilities in room were adequate. Comfortable clean room. Room looked onto a restaurant courtyard which closed by 10-11pm and was not noisy. Apartment was a short level walk to Old Town Krakow. We ended up extending our stay by an extra day which was no problem.

Access to room was up 2 flights steps with no lift access. Staff willing to assist with bags if required.

Friendly receptionist, kept in touch with updates prior to arrival. Great spacious apartment with everything we needed. Clean room and the location was fantastic. We never used any method of transport apart from excursions. We were five minutes from the old town, and a beautiful walk with plenty of breakfast stops along the way. Also a beautiful quiet courtyard tucked away that we could take a bottle of wine and relax at night.

We would have liked a room with windows, we had two skylights that were a bit oppressing in the heat. But we had a fan and an excellent air conditioning unit, so they had thought of that. Also the stairs were a killer. we were top floor. We would still return to this property.

Communication with the owner and staff here is very good. Prompt, efficient, and super helpful. They booked all my transfers and tours and gave insightful information. The location is perfect. It is very central, and a short walk away from bars, restaurants, and tours buses picked me up from the door. My apartment was what I needed. I would have liked more cooking facilities but overall, the standard is good. Great price, too!

Lots of room for 6 of us in the apartment. Clean. Very close to the old town, great location. Didn't see the owner for the few days we were there, everything went smooth. Great facilities like kitchen and fans.

Little things like the bedroom door was a bit loose, the fan in one bedroom couldn't be raised as it was broken, but the fan itself was working and a lifesaver. The drain in the shower was blocked but it was nothing that affected our stay.

Lounge apartments was a very comfortable place to stay while we were visiting Krakow. It is just a 2 minute walk and you are in the old town, but the apartment itself is located on a quiet street. Very large and comfortable bed, a little kitchenette and our apartment had a sofa plus two arm chairs. The communication with the host was excellent, we were landing late so were given clear instructions to access the building at the apartment. Overall, a brilliant stay.

The bathroom and shower was a little small, and we ran out of hot water after one person showered. Not a major in light of all of the other positives in this place.

A pleasant studio with everything that you need for a stay in Krakow if you do not intend to cook and just want to make drinks in your room. You can purchase breakfast in the accommodation and it is plentiful and a reasonable price. The accommodation is comfortable and clean and is in a lovely location, next to the park in the old town and near the bars, restaurants and shops. Staff at the accommodation are extremely helpful and are happy to assist with any queries, they will provide a late check out room for luggage and arrange excursions and airport transfers.
