Location: The hostel is situated in an excellent location, once you leave, you can find both bus and tram lines directly to the main parts of the city, right next to it is the barakun and the entrance to the old town which is perfect, also full find żabka, bakeries, carrefour, kebab shop, so u don't have to worry about food. Breakfast: breakfast is served between 7:30 till 9:30 as mentioned, and there are varieties to choose from, toast with Butter, Apricot/Strawberry jam, ham, salami, and cheese, cornflakes + milk, and of course there are tea bags and kettle for drinks, it was a good breakfast so no complaints, the kitchen is spacious, with 4 tables and 8 chairs, a balcony for those who smoke but balcony is for 2 ppl only, its small . Cleanliness: bedroom was very nice, right as advertised, locker for each person with a hanger and a key for it, a table and 3 chairs if you want to put your clothes there or sit, the bed is super comfy and bedsheets are provided (you make your own bed, which is okay with me, we're adults anyway), the locker cannot fit a cabin bag though, only maximum size is for a bagpack but its spacious. (P.S there is a storage room, but not THAT big, but it can fit about 5-6 luggage) Bathroom: 4 showers with 3 sinks, 2 blow dryers, and a washing machine and with toilet paper of course, there are 2 bathrooms with toilets, 1 with mirror and 1 without, all good too. Staff: I met only 2 of the staff, also I would like to thank Masha who is a complete sweetheart and a very kind and talkative lady who has the desire to help others as she helped me with some requests and made everything quite smooth :) For sure will be coming back if i get the chance to go to Kraków again. P.s: you can rent a towel for 10 PLN and the hostel accepts only cash payments for the towel, don't know about the night stays but i assume its the same :) No complaints

Wi-fi signal is bad in the kitchen, i guess it doesn't cover the whole area, but it wasn't a major problem

1. The location is excellent—very close to the train station and also within walking distance to major tourist spots. 2. The quality of breakfast really depends on the staff on duty. The presentation, how carefully the fruits and vegetables are cut, and how well everything is stocked can vary a lot. 3. The place is clean and well-maintained. 4. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. 5. The Wi-Fi is stable and reliable. 6. Public transportation is super convenient—there's a bus and tram stop right outside.

1. There are three bathrooms in total, but only one is fully functional. The others have some issues, though basic showering and washing aren't a problem. 2. There are only three toilets, which might not be enough during busy times. 3. The room doors can't be locked. Although there are lockers inside the rooms, it still raises some safety concerns. 4. The hallway in the hostel is a bit dimly lit.

The location is really central, you can reach everything on foot from the hostel, staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the only thing I missed was a curtain on the bed for privacy. Breakfast was also OK for the price, I mean you cannot really expect a Ritz buffet for a hostel price, so I do not get the negative reviews about that. It was certainly enough for a good start of the day, whether you go exploring in the city or for a day trip somewhere. Wifi was also fast and efficient.

The only thing I would suggest are curtains on the beds for a little bit of privacy.

Since I had read great reviews about this hostel, I decided to make it my very first hostel experience—and I’m so glad I did! I think I made a mistake when booking and didn’t select a female-only dorm. However, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate my request, changing my booking to a 4-bed female dorm. I arrived quite late, so I couldn’t really choose my room freely since some dorms already had guests sleeping with the lights off, and I didn’t want to disturb anyone. In the end, thanks to the receptionist’s effort, I got a lovely female dorm with the best view! Huge thanks! The bathrooms were incredibly clean, always stocked with toilet paper, and the shower area was spotless as well, with paper towels included! The kitchen is small, and breakfast is not very varied—but hey, I don’t get a buffet breakfast at home either! No one counted how many cups of coffee or tea I had, and I was definitely not hungry. On my check-out day, I asked if they could store my luggage, which they kindly did free of charge. When I came back to pick it up, I asked if I could eat the pastry I had just bought in their kitchen and promised to clean up after myself. They said yes before I even finished my sentence! My very first hostel stay was truly fantastic!

One small downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me. As a curvier girl, I found the mattress a bit too thin and could feel the metal frame underneath. This probably wouldn’t be an issue for someone lighter, but it’s something to keep in mind. Also, next time I’d definitely ask for a bottom bunk instead of the upper one, it would just be more convenient for me.

The location of the hostel is amazing, it is very close to the city centre and well connected to the all of the important sights of the city. The price of the accomodation is a good value for the price, breakfast is also included. The sheets are clean, floors as well as the toilets and showers. It is not hard to reach the hostel from the airport. There are lots of convenience stores near the hostel. Vodka is exeptional and strongly reccomended to try. Weather wasn't cold for this part of the year. Auschwitz and Wieliczka are the place you must see and experience. The hostel itself is really warm, heating works quite good.

I didn't expect that the prices are so high in Krakow. Food is expensive, drinks, preety much everything in the stores. Polish folks are not very approachable or friendly, it is not common to find a person who speaks english. Be aware of the controllers in public transportations, not the nicest people you can run into. Regarding the hostel, you are obligated to put the sheets on the bed yourself , the ones received from the reception desk.

Located at the edge of the Old City with easily walkable distance to the main train station or the main city square. The hostel is on the 5th floor with a classic Soviet-era elevator access. Typical bunk beds and IKEA mattresses. They have medium sized lockers in the dorm rooms to store valuables. Shared showers. A couple individual bathrooms available. There is a breakfast included and it is standard, average hostel breakfast. Nothing great, but not terrible. Communal kitchen available.

Lack of AC for the now very hot Polish summers. External noise from late night trams or drunk people, so do not forget bring earplugs since the windows need to be open to manage cooling down the rooms.

Fantastic location! Everything is within walking distance. The Galleria which is pickup point of tours to the Salt Mine or Aushcwitz-Birkenau is very close. It is also where the trains and Flixbus depot is. There's a huge Carrefour and many other shops inside the mall. Public transport to the Salt Mine departs from right outside Galleria. However there is a small grocery store right beside the hostel and a bakery on the other side. There is an escalator, so going up with luggage is no problem. I could eat included breakfast only one day, includes toast, sausag, butter, milk, oats, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber. Tea and coffee available all day at no extra charge. Reception is open from 7 AM till 11 PM. It was hot when I arrived, they provided pedestal fan at request without any additional charge. Even though the property is on the main road, wasn't much noise at night and could sleep well.

If had to nitpick, a few more toilets would have been good.

Staff were helpful and cheerful, esp Maria and Oliva (I think that was her name) Location is very close to the old town, less than 5 mins walk There are three supermarkets close by and 2 bakeries. Very close to the local market in case you need vegetables to cook.

Facilities were a little dated. There are only three showers and three toilets, so you will need to wait to use the facilities. The mattress was a little uneven, probably because the lower bunk is used alot more often. I had to turn the mattress for better support.

Nice, clean cozy hostel. Very close to city center. Nice staff who speaks english. Breakfast provided every day, possibility of using washing machine, kitchen, balcony. Every guest has a personal locker. Beds are very comfortable. Showers are clean and modern, and there are shelves and curtains inside, so your clothes etc won't get wet. Also possible to stay in a girls-only room which is a big plus :) I recommend anyone to stay here while visiting Krakow!!

Noise from the street, and it got a little bit cold at night.

Location is good. Near to old town and the sights and attraction. Walkable distance from the train station. Makes it convenient for me to get here from airport. Breakfast is simple and does its job (Bread, cheese, ham, tomato, cereal). The location is just beside the road, hence it can be a little noisy especially at night.

Noisy flooring, there will be cracking sound as you walk. Hence you may get disturbed or disturb others when you walk around. (Another point; not against property, but snoring guest that disrupts your sleep the entire night. Not sure why these guest stays in all the time and doesn’t go out.)
