Great location in 6 minutes from train station and close to the entry to the Old town. Really nice suit on the 3rd floor with bathtub. I was freezing after Birkenau museum, and this bathtub was a great thing that night. Also the staff warmed the room before the arriving and it was really warm and nice.

Everything was great. Just keep in mind if you have a heavy luggage that there are stairs to the top floors. And also you can’t open ceiling windows due to the risk of raining and flooding It would be really good if slippers were provided

Very clean, tasteful deco, great communication and friendly staff (although some information could be updated as it was slightly confusing regarding the check -in). The location was quiet and conveniently located in the old town, with shops and restaurants nearby.

As we only stayed 2 days, it wasn't a problem. However, a bigger bin would be better for longer stays, something to wipe the water after the shower in the bathroom and possibly an iron. However, these are minor things, and the place is lovely.

Very clean.. nicely decorated. Quiet. Great location near the old market and it's near the train station. There were two TVs. Great mattress and pillows. Ideal for long stays. We would stay there again. Very easy check in experience.

The shower didn't have a curtain so the water splashed into the bathroom but it was a minor issue. There wasn't information about whether the water bottles are free or not. Overall, there were many notes such as if you do this or that we will charge you xyz. E.g. towel change fee. That's the only thing I didn't like.

We were very happy with our stay in this great 1 bedroom apartment. It is in an excellent location close to the old town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and also close to the large shopping mall. Spotlessly clean and spacious with comfortable bed. They allowed us a late check out at late notice which was appreciated. No keys or cards required which was great for the 2 of us coming and going. Shower was great (though poor design means lots of water on the floor. The Heated towel rail worked well including drying the sopping bathmat. ) No elevator could be a problem for some, but luckily for me I have a strong husband to carry my heavy suitcase up any stairs. Good soundproofing, never heard any noise at all from other apartments.

As mentioned in previous reviews the pillows aren’t great. Better pillows or at least a second pillow each would have been great. A bit of a weird smell in the corridor and also noticeable in the apartment at times. But not enough to put me off staying here again.

Really good location with easy access to all of the tourist locations and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a sumptuous bath, if you like that kind of thing. The reception staff, who were not on site, were very helpful and informative. They happily organised excursions for us and made our stay easy and enjoyable.

Be prepared for the stairs if you’re on the top floor.

Although no direct reception, the team available via the chat option or phone number were incredibly helpful. The room was beautiful, big and very clean. The pillows were a bit soft but that is what it is when you're away. The price was very reasonable as well for the quality you're getting. Would recommend

We had some noise coming from the apartments above, but this was resolved the following day by the reception team available. The only downside was reception aren't on site to help when the issue happens, but it was sorted as soon as they could the following day for us.

The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy. I messaged the property on a couple of occasions eg needing an extra pillow, ordering a taxi, help with the air con unit and all my requests were actioned straight away. Such a lovely place to stay and beautiful cafe very close for breakfast.

The sky light didn’t open so no fresh air and no milk for our cup of tea!

Big bathtub and generally the bathroom was really nice, something I might want at home in fact. Staff was nice and allowed us to use the room before the check in time which made it very convenient to go out to town. The old town is just over the yonder from the hotel, it took us about 5 minutes to where we wanted to be and its close to trams/buses etc. The floors are very cold in the bathroom for some reason

No lift, no reception, no storage for luggage should it be needed. I received the entrance code to the property after the arrival, it would have been helpful to receive it prior to arriving

Old Market Residence is an excellent choice. The central location, close to main attractions, makes everything easily accessible. The rooms are clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering great comfort. The staff was very friendly and attentive also very professional during the checkout time, ensuring our stay was perfect. The value for money is impressive, and I will definitely return. Highly recommend!

I always have though times to understand how the AC is working but finally figure it out.

Great location ,5 minutes from the main train station which is under a huge shopping mall ,5 minutes from the old town so everything we needed was close by .The room was large and the bed was very comfortable ,so much so that I checked where the mattresses were from .Bathroom a good size and a mirror with extra light for make up .I will definitely return if I am in Kraków again .I can in good conscience recommend.
